Carpet cleaning was fine. In the process, the tech used the wrong outlet. He plugged his heavy duty machine into a under rated outlet after being told to plug his machine into another outlet. Consequently, the heavy duty equipment overloaded the circuit causing it to fail. The outlet switch melted and of course failed. Response was all I did was plug it in. Husband had to replace switch. Talked to Adam the owner and his response was less than desirable. No apology. That was all I wanted.

The service was great.

I like them, as they do a good job when they come out to get the work done. They have made some of my old carpets look like new ones. It's a wonderful experience, as once someone moves out of the house there would be a lot of stains and the carpets would also be dirty. I have one carpet that I thought was beyond hope, but then I thought of calling them to let them clean it. However, they came out and did a fantastic job. The price that I paid them for the last visit was not bad, as they did a great job. I have used other people who came out, cleaned, left and then I saw that there was soap that was coming out of the carpet like a cloud and it was just not clean. So, I had them come out to fix that mess and they also gave a coupon, but I felt that it was not worth it. That's the reason why I use Adam Enterprise all the time. I had one of my tenants call them the other day to set up an appointment to have the carpets cleaned. They get their machine when they come out to clean the carpets. So, it's all nice and fresh when they leave.

My experience with them was good. They came on time, they did a 3 step process. They put the cleaner down, do the dry cleaning, then a steam cleaning. They were very courteous. I asked if my area rug was worth cleaning and he was very honest with me and said that with the wear and tear on the rug it would further deteriorate the carpet but if I wanted them to they would.

HAVE NEVER SEEN TWO PEOPLE WORK HARDER. WERE GREAT WITH PETS! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC! MY CARPET HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED, I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY NEW! MY CARPETS LOOK FABULOUS! I AM JUST AMAZED WITH HOW NEW EVERYTHING LOOKS, WOULD GIVE AN A++ IN EVERYTHING! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS COMPANY.
