1 Stop Kleaning

two people arrived on time. They cleaned two floors. After completion, the house looked clean and smelled fresh. Very happy with the service.

It's been 5 months and they still have not contacted me. I've have tried to contact them and the # is someone's personal phone.

I purchased this package in March, explaining I would like the service later in May. I had a hard time contacting them by phone and email. Finally we connected and set up a date and time for June 9th at 8 AM. They did not show up and they did not call.

This "deep cleaning" was suppose to include: "Includes cleaning the interior of oven and refrigerator, Valid for homes up to 3,500 square feet; Kitchen cleaning includes: cleaning all cabinets; moving your small appliances and other items and cleaning the counter area; cleaning the tops of all items and replacing them; scouring your sink and sweeping or thoroughly mopping your floor. General cleaning includes: changing the linens and making the beds; cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim; dusting, cleaning, and/or polishing all furniture and all decorative items; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors. Deep cleaning services include: cleaning the blinds, base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting". First, they were quite responsive to my questions beforeand I liked the online scheduling option. They showed up on time and were friendly. However, I am not happy from there. My house was completely empty and only 3200 sq ft (300sq ft smaller than their deal allowed); we had just bought it and were using this deal for the initial cleaning. The seller did a "once over" so it wasn't in too bad of shape to begin with. I specifically asked the girls to pay attention to the doors, lights switches, and wall corners, etc because there were two small children living there and I noticed many fingerprints. This was only partially addressed. The baseboards were not touched. There were cobwebs in a few corners. The microwave wasn't touched. The cabinets were only partially complete (maybe not at all if the seller had kept some of the cabinets cleaned). The window sills and blinds were just okay. Overall, I only noticed the floors and bathrooms had been cleaned well. A disappointment considering I thought this was a "deep cleaning" and they didn't have to mess with ANY furniture or bedding, decorations, etc.

It started off very rocky with playing phone tag and miscommunication. I started to become anxious but then decided that wouldn't accomplish anything. They were a little late getting here but once they got here they worked no stop for 5 hours, no eating, no breaks, no sitting down, just WORK!!! I offered food and I offered chairs, but they just worked. In fact when I offered the older worker a chair she said "I didn't come to sit, I came to work and when you sit you get lazy!" When the work was completed I was in tears! These people did things I didn't even ask them to do! I was very happy with the service I received and have already referred a number of people. I was taken aback by the cost of their service for the amount of work they did and could not bring myself to pay that amount after the blessing I felt I had received. I am well aware of the fact that this is a business/service, but I am also well aware of the fact that God works in mysterious ways and will use whomever He chose's.
