Layout of foundation was done accurately after setback requirements after the customer required a check of setback requirements. Installation of pilings was completed expeditiously per plan. Footers were established as planned and rebar installation was well done but leveling of gravel was flawed in spots causing cement to run under forms in many places. Forming of walls was completed very well with lots of attention to straightness per plan as well as leveling. Crawl space pour was done as planned but ended up very slightly slanted away from the sump pit. Crawl space floor has now cracked after 8 months.
