+ -1 moreMr. Kuchel prepared the area and constructed: 2 concrete pads: one 20? x 32?; and one 4? x 6? with a continuing sidewalk approx. 3? x 12? ending with a 3? wide step up to my deck; Also prepared and filled the area from that sidewalk to the house (filling around my heat pump) with pea gravel. Another area was prepared and pea graveled on the front side of the house from inside my stepping stone walkway to the house (approx. 23? x 5+?). Finally he constructed a 4? wide step from my stepping stones to my front porch. The finished project was both beautiful and functional.
Description of Work: Precise, concise, responsive and reasonable, Mr. Pete Kuchel is a courteous and competent professional contractor. I selected Mr. Kuchel from approximately half a dozen contractors. He promptly returned my phone call, and came out within a couple of days to assess my job. He followed up with a written estimate that clearly and completely described my project. Weather permitted and he was able to commence work the following week.
