+ -1 moreIt took months longer then originally estimated. When work was finally done, I paid them. Then 2 months later they sent me a bill for over 18,000. Worth of work they claim was not I my original contract.
Description of Work: Did a landscaping job in my backyard.

Description of Work: Requested landscape estimate from Scott. I said we'd like to do something in the next month if possible, but would at least like a quote. He was rather short and said they are booked at least 2 and a half months out and therefore unable to even give us an idea on cost. This was after playing phone tag for several days. Not a good way to conduct business. Would not recommend.

+ -1 moreThey returned my call promptly to schedule the appointment, but never delivered an estimate and did not return numerous phone calls or emails. The scope of the work was not small and I depending upon how they delivered I would have considered them for a complete redesign of the backyard. However, now since they never responded and wasted my time doing the appointment I will not even consider using their services moving forward. This was very dissapointing as I had to leave work early to make the appointment. Needless to say I am not recommending their services.
Description of Work: They were providing an estimate for some backyard landscaping and tree planting.

Description of Work: We called Tim's to come out and give us an estimate on some landscaping work. He came out promptly and NEVER GOT BACK TO US!! I waited over 3 weeks and not a phone call. Nothing, zilch, nada, zip..... I guess he didnt need the work. Cross him off my list!

+ 0 moreWe had Tim's come out and talk with us about some landscaping work that was needed. After waiting 3 weeks to receive an estimate we instead get a letter stating they will not be able to provide us services due to a full workload. I guess we just weren't worth the business. I just don't understand why you would send someone out to take 1 hour of my time to write up an order for the purposes of creating an estimate, if you won't even give me an estimate. What a joke.

+ -1 moreWe called Tim's for an estimate to redo our front yard. They came out fairly promptly and promised an estimate in 2-3 weeks because they were backed up. We called them after a month when we didn't hear anything. He promised to have an estimate within the week. It has been another 2 weeks and still have not heard from them. We would have understood if they just did not want the business but we held off working on the yard ourselves waiting for them.
Description of Work: Requested a proposal for redoing our front yard. It would require removing weeds, adding groundcover and some new plants relocating others. Mulching. We never got the proposal .

+ -1 moreThey do great work. I have had them do plantings in the past as well. They always take the time to follow-up and make sure I am satisfied with the job they did. They are usually on time, calling if there is a problem. They answer all my questions and take the time to explain if they see a problem.
Description of Work: Tim's Landscape Services trimmed 5 trees, 13 evergreens and 8 bushes for me.
