Rick was very friendly and explained very well the issue. My door wouldn't go down and I didn't know what to do even after watching youtube videos. Rick came and diagnosed the issue instantly and fix it in less than 15 minutes and the cost was very fair. I'd use them with no question in the future. Thanks again!
