Andy's handled the first toilet issue easily, had issues with 2nd toilet. Fully explained the issues and attempted a fix to avoid purchase of new unit. ( unit installed less than 18 months ago, major brand, different plumber ) The fix did not work, Andy's fully explained why. He recommended a good replacement and will be back to install within a week, fitting my schedule. Andy's 100 % alleviated the clog, showed where some caulking on basins would eliminate slight leak and fixed.

A friend referred him to us. He came when we had problem and it was after hours. He also got us a deal because we knew the person that referred us. He explained everything. He even came back twice. He even cut a little bit of price. He is absolutely wonderful and has got a wonderful personality. He is a great people person to explain everything and is a very nice person. He is an awesome guy. He came at super duper late at night and it was a Sunday. He promised that he would be here and he has mannered his words. The first time we had to pay $100 and then the second time he had to cut a lot off. He explained things completely, told us what to do and what not to do.
