+ -1 moreI had several appointments with them. They would never call to let me know they weren't showing up. I always had to call to follow up with them and then they would say you are next on the list. When they finally showed up to the home they didn't have the equipment nor the knowledge to complete the work. They had to rent the equipment and when they came out to perform the work they just made the problem worse.
Description of Work: They came out for some plumbing work.

+ -1 more"HSA home warranty company, assigned ""Zoom Mechanical"". After setting 3 appointments with them, (2 I hired someone to be home for them, paying a cousin to sit at my house) (the 3rd, they agreed they messed up on the other 2 and said they would come at 6pm when I was home) They never call, and say when they will be there. You also get treated like you are a pain, and they are doing you a favor when you try to call and find out if they are coming when they say they will. They also set appointments and never tell you for future dates.... I don't know who they are, if they are just a fake call center or what, but they are a business I will NEVER attempt to hire!!!"

Description of Work: Our home warranty company asked us to work with Zoom to fix our HVAC. We had a frustrating experience when Zoom frequently rescheduled us, didn't show up, didn't capture important information like appointment times between employees, etc. They always had great customer service on the phone when something was wrong - but we would have preferred that nothing was wrong in the first place. Ultimately the repair was made and all is well, but the process dragged on way too long.
