Never happened.....Mr. Workman and his painter came out 5 weeks ago. I have yet to hear from them with estimates to do the work. I called Mr. Workman after two weeks and apologized for the delay due to a big remodel with hope to get me the estimates via email by the end of that week....and that was three weeks ago. Too bad....I had hoped to establish a working relationship with a reliable handyman as a single mother and home owner. This is definitely not the way to run a business with good customer service. He has lost my business and any referrals from me.

Workman Services just remodeled my kitchen to bring it out of the 1950s. Kurt was able to come out right away to do an estimate; he was extremely friendly and got the estimate to me very quickly. They installed a new porcelain tile floor, installed new counter-tops, new sink and faucet, installed a brand new garbage disposal including the electrical switch for it, and put a new mosaic tile back-splash on the wall. Everybody that worked at my house was extremely friendly and professional. The work was done in the amount of time expected, and everything turned out wonderful. Both the tile floor and tile back-splash look absolutely perfect, and of course so do the counter-tops and sink/faucet. The sink, faucet, and disposal work perfectly with no problems. They were in communication with me daily about the progress and the kitchen looks beautiful now. I would highly recommend Workman Services and would definitely use them again if I need a general contractor.

The work took a couple of days. Everything done on time and within quoted price. No issues or problems with the quality of work. Job well done.

Kurt was amazing. He answered all my questions, was speedy with the estimate and understanding of my situation. All of the workers that came to my home were respectful, polite and professional. I plan to use him again in the future

Kurt was the most responsive handy/maintenance man we have ever worked with. He answers his Emails/phone calls promptly, provides professional documentation of services, and provided service quickly to meet our demands. The work was quality and the pricing was very fair (what I estimated it would cost). I would hire his services again & recommend to a friend or family member.

Great! When the workman was on roof to clear the bird screen over the vent, he noticed the screen over downspout nearby was clogged so he cleared it out too. He also tightened a weather strip on the back door while he was running the dryer to clear the vent instead of standing around

He understood immediately what needed to be done. He was able to work us into his schedule and expedite everything. He let us know the progress he had made along the way. I don't know what we would have done without him. I am just so grateful for his assistance. I would recommend his services to everyone!

All of the repair work is outstanding. They responded quickly to questions and provided a list of dates/times for me to choose. They came in on estimate, and were always prompt!

The job was completed on time and the final cost matched the initial estimate.

They did a good job and were reasonably priced.

Replaced leaking chimney cap, chinked missing mortar on chimney, replaced rotted siding on back of chimney, replaced rotted decking and joists under the firebox, upgraded wood firebox to gas including installing gas line for the firebox and kitchen stove and finally removed old tile facing to fireplace and replaced it with granite. The quote was comprehensive and the detail convinced me that his company would provide superior execution versus two competitors whose bids were respectively higher and lower. This was a job that involved multiple trades (plumbing, chimney, tile/granite, structural framing, finish carpentry and drywall) so a competent G.C. was a must and Kurt delivered on that. The sequencing and execution of the job met promise dates. The one dim spot was the granite subcontractor who was a bit difficult to work with but Kurt immediately intervened when needed including showing up at my house within 30 minutes of calling him during the install to make sure it was executed correctly; on his day off no less. The final quality of the job was top notch. The exterior siding was thicker and better sealed than the original, the masonry was in better shape than when it was originally constructed and finally the fireplace looks clean and modern. I would definitely hire Workman Services again.

Workman Services' plumber did a great job. He was in and out in about one hour. The faucet works great now! They left no mess or trash either. I have used Workman's services for about 15 years and they have always been great to work with. They have done everything well and have always backed up their service. They put their service where their mouth is. I highly recommend them.

Requested an estimate to install storm door in screened porch area, as well as master bath remodel project. I didn't communicate effectively about how promptly I was seeking the estimate, however I did follow up and clarify. Kurt indicated that he was "blessed with a small avalanche of projects lately and with some weather and mechanical interruptions mixed in it has kept things 'interesting'!" But promised to generate the estimate/proposal. I attempted a follow up via phone (voicemail on 7-June) followed by a couple of emails (8-June & 11-June) and it wasn't until the the second email that I received a response. As of 1-July, I have not received any communication or updates & have since moved on with another firm. Just was hoping there could have, at least, been some proactive dialogue and status updates.

The first time that I called Kurt he was on vacation. However, he did return my call and scheduled a time to meet with me when he returned. (I was impressed by his responsiveness.) He then visited with me on May 26, 2015 to review my maintenance requests. He seemed very knowledgeable and said that he would email me a quote. Based on his Angies List reviews as well as our discussion, I was ready to schedule his services. He said that if I did not hear from him in three days to call him to remind him to send me the quote. He did not send me an email, so I called him and left a voice mail for him. He did not return my call and I never received an emailed quote. I then sought help from Angies List to obtain a contractor for this repair. They quickly had me lined up with another Handyman and my repair was completed--just not from Workman Services.

We were very satisfied with Workman Services responsiveness and their work to repair those things on the inspection report.

It went very well very punctual did a nice clean job at a good price.

They were great! I called in the morning and needed them to go to the house as soon as possible. They happened to have time to go early that same afternoon. They fixed the leak right away and called to update me. I had them go ahead and tear out the wet drywall that day as well. Then, a couple weeks later I had them go and replace the drywall. They did such a great job that I had them repair another spot in the bathroom that had damaged drywall. All of the employees and the owner were great! They were very respectful, professional, honest, and fair. I would definitely recommend Workman Services to others.

After discovering that the paper-backed fiberglas insulation had fallen down off the concrete walls of our crawl space, I spoke with several insulation companies who gave me estimates that included a lot of very costly suggestions. When I spoke with Kurt Workman, he suggested looking at the problem, then giving me a cost estimate for a solution. Once he had seen what happened, his estimate was the $495 for removal, then we would decide what needed to be done later. That's what they did on the 18th of September. They worked quickly, efficiently, and removed the old insulation without making a mess in the process. I truly do appreciate that.

We first met Kurt as we were preparing to sell our house. We had a variety of minor items to repair ranging from exterior trim to drywall repair. Kurt came to the house and did a thorough inspection and provided what turned out to be a very accurate estimate. His staff was prompt, professional and went right to work. The repairs were completed on schedule. Once our house was sold, the buyers had a few more small items that they wanted fixed. Once again, we worked with Workman Services and had a similar positive experience. As luck would have it, we had a minor plumbing leak just a few days before we moved out of the house. Kurt was able to send members of his team over right away and helped us avert a big problem. We've now moved into our new home and have a few things that need work. We've already called Mr. Workman. I would certainly recommend Workman services to anyone. We've found them professional, reliable and honest.

He is a general contractor. He is always responsive, reliable, very thorough and seems to be very honest with integrity. He does a very good job. I am still using him now because we are still going back and forth on guttering.

A little slow on coming back after main posts were set. Over all a good job.

It was difficult drilling through the concrete wall, but he kept at it. Did a beautiful job on the 2 "put-togethers". I had assembled the shopping cart but needed "hefty hands" and strength to get those cotter pins in and found them. I was very satisfied with the end results and have recommended them to others. I contacted Workman Services on June 24th. Kurt came out on a Friday 6/28/2014 to look at my job and give an estimate. He was very nice and very knowledgable. I explained through previous contact that I needed this job completed by July 4, 2014 as I was having appliances installed on July 5th. Kurt stated that he would send me an estimate on Monday June 30th and there would be no problem getting it done by July 4th. I did think it was odd that I couldn't get an estimate on Friday. I waited and never heard from him on Monday the 30th. I contacted him on July 1st and he said he would have an estimate to me within 30 mins. I declined at that point with a deadline fast approaching and him being able to complete the job within the time frame required. I would guess the work he does is good. I was disappointed in the timelyness of him getting me the information I needed so I wasn't stuck just paying whatever price he quoted. I wanted options. He was leaving me with none.

For the water leak he was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a cost effective and permanent solution. ?This was completed during the fall of 2013. ?During the rather wet winter we had this year we have had no further leaks. ?We have been very pleased with the results. ?This spring we had Workman services install crown moulding in our living room and dining room
