Description of Work: They were very nice people and always responsive to my calls, but the project was not finished timely and still not right. They create a patio for me and had to do it over for safety reasons. For whatever reason, the cement has never solidified after several attempts on my part to fix it. Overall I was not happy, but they were pleasant and responsive, just didn't complete the need.

Description of Work: I gave them several dates to schedule the work through the Angie's list message site as requested. I did not hear a peep out of them and would like to pursue a refund. That was a lot of money for nothing!!!

Response from Wesley Design & Contracting
The message center does not work half the time, my phone number is on my store front they could have called or texted my work phone. I have multiple ways to be contacted besides the message center. I'm sorry for the inconvenience the customer may have incurred, but I make an avid attempt to make sure every email I receive is responded to within a 48 hr period.

Description of Work: Wesley Design did a great job. We had two ceilings that needed work. Being an older home, there were some challenges and Wesley Design came back twice to fix the issues at no extra charge. Our ceilings look great and we appreciate that Wesley Design made sure their work is done properly and that we were happy.
