There are not a lot of service providers with weekend hours. We needed a Saturday appt. Wert could accommodate this. Bought a deal for $225 to replace with panamex high performance fan or 'like' item. It was replaced with 'like' item, Broan high efficiency which we were pleased with. I had a couple questions & Brian answered them promptly.

I have used Brian Wert's services before at a previous property and it went well, so I called him to do the work on this current house project. I appreciate that he presents options, if possible. He did a great job! He arrived on time on the appointed date and went straight to work. He and an assistant replaced almost all of the switches and outlets in the home (3 levels), with new white ones, and replaced a couple of fixtures also. Previously, I had used another company to simply move a couple of outlets and he took 5 hours to do two outlets poorly. Brian Wert replaced that former electrician's unacceptable work and replaced everything he could do to the current point in the project. I will definitely have him back later to do some other work. Call Brian Wert for your electrical needs. I am exceedingly particular, having hired various trades for 20 years. You won't regret it.

Purchased the $99 deal (went 1/2 hour over the two hour deal, so it was an extra $35). Everything went well. Punctual, polite and professional. We would recommend.

Brian worked with my schedule and the the fixture I had on hand. He called before arriving and completed the job during my lunch hour. He was even able to avoid busting a hole in the plaster wall, cleaned up after himself and puttied around the switch plate.

Brian from Wert Electric arrived on time, performed the tasks we wanted, and cleaned up afterwards. We had purchased the Angies's list deal of 2 hours of electrician labor for $99. He managed to swap out 5 ceiling light fixtures and replace 1 wall receptacle in the 2 hours. We would definitely hire him again. We were very happy with his service and professionalism. He communicated through Angie's List messaging so look there for scheduling and other emails.

My first experience with Wert and Brian was with a coupon. The quality of work all round was excellent. I rehired him on the spot to install a kitchen light two weeks later. Same excellent work and service

Based on the good reviews of Brian Wert I purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical labor; however, another person (who now no longer is associated with Brian's company) showed up. I declined his services and after some negotiating, Brian agreed to personally perform the work at a later date. Brian arrived on time and we reviewed what I wanted done. He asked questions before starting the work to be sure he would do everything I wanted and the way I wanted (unlike another provider I had hired recently.) He made suggestions and gave reasons for the suggestions which was very helpful to me in making choices/decisions. He worked quickly yet carefully and didn't seem fazed in the least that I kept a watchful eye while he worked. He appeared to be knowledgeable on electrical code and was very clear about what is required in unfinished areas of the home, etc. He saw a basement outlet another provider had added for me and noticed it was not a GFCI so he quickly switched it out for me. With 15 minutes to spare, we went around my 60-year-old house so I could show him various light fixtures I plan to update and he provided cost estimates for installation. He also estimated the cost to add an exhaust fan/light to one of the bathrooms. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and with his willingness to negotiate a new deal even though we had a rocky start with the associate. It shows his pride in his company and his desire to have satisfied customers. I definitely will hire Brian again (when I decide on my new light fixtures.)

It was raining when Brian arrived. I had a few things in mind that I wanted to have done. I decided to have the highest priority work done first since I had no idea how much time each project would take. He ran new wiring, and installed the outlet for the water softener first. By the time he was done with that, there was a break in the weather, so he went to work on the outdoor fixture. He removed the old fixture, ran new wiring for continuous power, and installed the dusk to dawn light. He had to do a little modification to mount the new fixture, but that was a minor obstacle that was worked out well. My allotted time was gone when he finished these tasks. I mentioned another project, and he gave me a quote for the work. He charged me for the materials needed to complete the work that he provided- I thought the costs were reasonable. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and would highly recommend Wert Electric.

I purchased the 2 hour electrical work Storefront Offer. I was promptly contacted through the Message Center to schedule a date the worked for both of us. Brian had the courtesy to call 15 mins before showing up prior to our scheduled time. We walked through the 2 items I needed to have addressed and then he got to work. He was professional, offered options and would recommend. I will be using his services in the future to install outdoor outlets as well.

Brian came out on a two hour coupon deal. There was a small extra charge for supplies. He gave us a bid for additional work while he was here and is returning next week. Brian sure seems to know his stuff. I have had people out before to help me with electrical issues who obviously didn't have the skill level to do the work and I felt we trying to sell me something that I didn't want or need... like, Mr. Quick... can I say that? Brian was the third electrician to come out on the grounding issue and actually know what to do instead of hemming and hawing around about how "unusual' the problem was. Not to Brian! Although the issue I had this time was a challenge to diagnose, Brian figured it out and fixed it, no excuses, upselling or BS. He tells you what he charges upfront, including an hourly rate if you choose to pay by the hour instead of the job. When I told people about him, they all wanted his card... so, Brian, if you read these, bring more cards.

Brian called ahead of appointment time and asked if it was acceptable for him to come early to do the work. I agreed and he showed up just a few minutes later. The bulbs were provided by me and they were installed quickly. An outlet in a batch room was removed and evaluated. Brian recommended changing it out and a change in the way it would be wired. I agreed to the work. He did not have the outlet in the right color so he ran to the nearest store to get one. He returned quickly, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. Very courteous and we would use his company for future projects or repairs.

Excellent service and promptness

Originally it looked like we might not be able to get on the schedule for that day but he was magnificent and worked us in. He came out and pulled in a couple minutes early and showed me how the refrigerator should have never had been on the circuit it was on and he installed a new receptacle to the side of the original to plug it in to. It works wonderfully and he instructed me on what should be on GFI's and what should be on normal. I had always wanted to hook up a portable generator to the house and he gave me what I needed to know about that and an estimated cost. I look to use this company again, I can't say enough about them. Thank you for the Outstanding Service!

The technician arrived on time and was professional and curteous. I had another appointment soon after this one that I let the scheduler know about in advance, so I appreciated the fact that they were on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

Installed new light fixtures in dining room, master bathroom, and replaced door bell. The work went very smoothly and we were extremely happy with the service.

They were on time, quick, and professional. The lights and fan were installed correctly. The light/fan combo wasn't the exact same size as our previous light/fan, so we had to have the drywall around the fan patched afterward to make up for the difference.

The work was done very well. I was especially pleased with the way he quickly solved a very confusing wiring issue. Brian is a pleasure to work with, always courteous and professional. Brian was fantastic. He is responsive, made the appointment at our earliest mutual convenience, showed up on time, and best of all, explained the issues. I hire a lot of contractors, and many of them are silent and just do their job, which is fine, but I like to understand what is wrong, so that I can be sure it doesn't occur in the future. Brian corrected all of the issues in the house, and then explained that in order to run a "dedicated" line (to which I wish I had not agreed to do!) that he had to get into the attic and also to drill a hole in my newly painted garage drywall. I needed to leave for a bit, because I was having work done elsewhere, but when I returned, Brian had managed to squeeze into the narrow roof area necessary and get the line in without making a hole in the drywall! I was very happy. All was well and he wrapped it up quickly and cleaned up. I will call him again, for sure! Thanks, Brian!

Brian is excellent. He was prompt and very professional. He went above and beyond what needed done. I will be recommending Brian to any of my friends and family who need electrical work done. He noticed a plug wasn't working and just went ahead and fixed the issue for me as this issue was missed in the home inspection. Excellent. Brian is knowledgable and pleasant and courteous. First had him call via a big deal. Check all the electrical outlets in and out of the house. Found a couple of issues, the house ground was not to code as was one outside outlet. Gave an estimate for the repair. Scheduled the work and stuck to the date and price.
