Description of Work: Brian was very easy to schedule and work with. He showed up on time to do the work. He presented two options to replace our exhaust fan and suggested that the lower-cost product might be just fine. He replaced the bathroom ceiling fan and recommended replacing an old smoke detector that we had considered just disconnecting and throwing away. I definitely plan to use him for future electrical work.

Description of Work: I purchased a two-hour deal and had the outside lamp repaired and a new dining room chandelier installed. He did an excellent job and was courteous. He made sure the chandelier wasn't hanging too low. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Part of the work needed went well, but some miscalculations on measuring for installing a bathroom fan left us with a 2"x8" hole in our ceiling. Eventually we repaired it and everything worked out. Also after the work went a couple minutes over the two hour limit they surprised us with an extra $30 charge after rounding up to 30 minutes. Will probably not use them again.

HI Thank you for purchasing the $99.00 for two hours of electric service. I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the services we provide. I am sorry that you were left with a dry wall repair, but you were made aware of the drywall repair work that would have to be done before the new fixture was installed. We presented you with the problem that the new exhaust fan you provided wouldn't fit due to a water pipe running above the old exhaust fan and you said that was ok and you had no problem getting the drywall repaired. If you would have said that is was a problem we could have reinstalled the old exhaust fan with no drywall repair work need and a different type of exhaust fan could have been purchased that would have fit in the existing whole agin with no drywall repair needed. As for the addition cost for work past the two hours, it is very clear at the time of purchase there is additional charges for work going past the two hours. We would have been able to replace the exhaust fan in the two hours but you had us running to cable and installing outlets in the garage for over head garage doors first which took up a great deal of time. You was only charged for 30 minutes because we was there more than 20 minutes past the 2 hours, to be fair you as a valued customer you was only charged for a half hour instead of 1 full hour. I even spent an additional 15 to 20 minutes on the phone trying to walk you though reinstalling light fixtures you had removed. I try to go the extra mile with all my customers and take it heart when some one doesn't find the service to be nothing but excellent, I wish you would have spoke to me about any concerns that you had. Hi Thank you for purchasing a big deal of $99.00 for two hours of electrical service from me. I would like to apologizing for not being able to move the four cameras, TV, camera monitor and the camera control center more than 100 ft through the vaulted ceilings, in the two hours you purchased. Like I explained moving all of that equipment and extended all the cables (which I dont stock on my van) would be an all day project, I did offer to give you a %10 discount off the job because I wasn't able to get the work done in the two hours. It's unfortunate that you didn't take the time to check the light bulbs in fixtures before paying for the big deal, again that's why I was offering you a discount on moving the camera equipment because I did feel bad about only changing light bulbs for you. I try very hard to make sure every customer receives an "A" experience with me and it really bothers me to think you didn't feel that I provide you with that same level of service.
