OUTSTANDING in every aspect!
Description of Work: Brian and Michael finished the wiring in our home; completely. From the attic to re-doing the panel box. Another contractor had left it in a mess and they fixed it! Brian and his lead man are outstanding young men; very professional, efficient, thorough and do exceptional work. The best money we have spent on out rehab!!

Hi I am sorry that the $99 for two hours of labor wasn't a good value. If we look at the glass half full, had you called a electrical company to come look at the switch you would have paid the same if not more than $99 after a service call fee and the material which I didn't charge you for. Description of Work: We purchased a voucher for an electrical inspection and a couple of hours of labor. In the process, they identified and repaired some circuit issues we could not have figured out on our own. The only additional cash layout was for a replacement part that they needed to use and had readily in stock. Efficient and effective!

Description of Work: I made a mistake of not getting the special for a lower cost. But, I told the company that it was my mistake and I still wanted the whole house electrical inspection. |The day (morning ) of the appointment, I get a call from the person that was going to preform the inspection. The first thing he complain about the distance and out of their normal working area. So, I was in a bad mood due to my injuries while serving my country. I am not in mood for so called professional service persons complaining about the distance. I told this person to cancel the appointment. I didn't need nor want to hear this. |I will not use this company and still waiting for my refund. But not going to lose any sleep since I believe that they wouldn't do the right thing anyway.

Hi I am sorry that things didn't work out. I called you the morning of our appointment to give you the valued customer a heads up that due to you home being 1.5 hrs or drive time one way from my office that I wouldn't be able to make it on time and would be a little late. As soon as I finished that sentence you spoke to me very disrespectful using unprofessional language and hung up. I tried to call you 6 times and left you messages trying to explain myself, I sent out a txt and even emailed you. I haven't heard anything else from you till this review came in. Agian I am sorry that you were not happy but without communication from you it's very difficult to rectify and thing. I would be happy to diccuss everything with you over the phone,email, or text. Whatever works best for yourself. Thanks Agian

He did a great job.
Description of Work: Brian came out and diagnosed my problem and I needed new outside lights. I went and purchased the lights and called him to schedule the service. He came out the next week and put them up and everything is fixed and perfect. I would recommend him to anybody. He is a great guy with great service.
