Hi Thank you for purchasing one of my store front deals of $99 for two hours of electrical service. I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with me diggong a new post hole and installing the light post in concrete , installing two new garage lights, troubling shooting repairing a third light on the side of your garage, and digging a 50 ft trench for electrical cable. I asked 3 or 4 times if there was any other switches, after you assured me it turned on with the garage lights I had to conclude the wire had been damaged, your wife even said she had probably hit it willing tilling the flower beds. As far as the light post, I had more than enough wire however I installed in exactly were the old light post was I even showed you how the under ground conduit and where it tied into the old one and you agreed that it was in the correct location. I only charged you the additional material and for additional 45 minutes that I was there past the 2 hours you had paid for, to help make I even broke the time of $65 per hour down to 15 minute incruments to help. I am truly sorry that you and your wife are not happy with the work. When I left you asked for my business card and claimed to be very happy and even apologized for not realize that the post light was on a different switch, asking me not to tell any one about what had happen hint: you were embarrassed. Lastly I would like to point out that had you not made the mystake with the switches I would have been able to take care of everything in the two hours and it would not have cost you any more than $99.00 Thanks again I enjoyed working with both you and your wife I just wish I would have known you were so dissatisfied Brian Wert
