We have used this company for maintenance of our home sprinkler system. They are never on time and failed to show up on more than one occasion. I have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times. Today I waited from 7-12 on their service and they did not show. Technician finally showed up an hour after their scheduled slot (emailed me a time and called me the night before telling me the slotted time). When asked the technician said they do not run on times, just work as the day goes. No customer service or regard for their customers time. Do not use this company.

They are very professional, but when nstalling system they need to be aware of the boundaries. If I would like to install a fence ( usually two feet within the boundaries of your property). They placed the sprinklers right on the property boundaries . I happy with the service and I will recommend them, but I will not be able to place fence.

They sent a new guy to start and adjust the system, wanted heads adjusted also, he pushed the backflow replacement so I did it, well a few days later the yard was holding water by the pit so I turned that zone off, still water.. Well he didn't tighten the cap and ran my water bill over $300, also didn't adjust anything.. 3 trips later we agreed to a lower bill and I paid them.
