Description of Work: Replaced screens of a screened in porch, painted garage door, repairs to wood siding. 8 of 14 screen panels had holes in them after they replaced them. Had to wait several days for them to return and re-do the work. Wood siding not cut evenly. Again had to wait several days for the problem to be corrected. Did not want to paint the new doors to match the rest of the porch. Again waited several days for resolution. The painters however did an excellent job, but we question that this company really knew how to replace screens in a porch. Work was finally completed but took several months from start to finish.

Description of Work: They did a great job. They were very easy to deal with. We had zero problems. They were very responsive to any issue we had and would always check with us, and give their thoughts, on any changes we proposed. They always seem to have our best interests in their suggestions and recommendations. Have already scheduled another job with them.

Description of Work: We have used VIP in the past and will continue to use them in the future. We recently had hail damage to our roof, gutters, downspouts, damaaged screens, as well as a leak on our front porch due to the hail damage. The last repair will be today to the ceiling on the porch. Whatever maintenance or repair we need, we call VIP first and have not been disappointed.

Description of Work: I believe the young mans 's name was Joe Ziegler who came to give me an estimate for fixing a leak in my roof. ( I have been having water leak in through a sky light on and off for 6 months) Unlike other people who have looked at the problem and just calked around the skylight or said that I needed my skylight reflashed, Joe climbed up in my attic and looked around. He said that there was mosture around a vent pipe and in the insulation. He felt that putting insulation around the pipe would remedy my ploblem and did it for free. He said that when I was ready for a new roof to keep VIP in mind. I definitely will call VIP because it has been a couple of months and we have had extreme rains and snow and I have had no leaks. Thanks, Joe. You will be my first call when I I get ready to replace my roof.

Description of Work: Complete tear off and replacement of hail damaged roof. Replacement of gutters and window screens.

Description of Work: Repaired soffit,and replaced gutter/downspout. Remodeled and rebuilt front porch. Pressure washed cedar fence and deck,and treated same for weatherproofing. Painted outside of house.
