+ 1 moreOverall everything went well. Mike was very accomodating with any changes that we had. This was very helpful because there were many phases of the plan that we were just not sure what we wanted to do and we made many adjustments as the project moved along without any hassels. He worked within our budget and put allowances toward our grey areas till we decided what we wanted to do.
Description of Work: We put a 2 story addition to our house that included adding a living room, master bedroom and bathroom, 2 car garage and a pergola on our patio. The whole house got a new roof and gutters also.

+ -1 moreVictory Construction provided a written estimate and notified me when costs were expected to increase so the job could be performed at the price quoted. The work was done in a professional manner and completed in one day. Since then, we had a hail storm which damaged some of the shingles and Victory said he would replace them at no futher cost to me.
Description of Work: I contacted several local roofing companies for estimates for tear off and roof replacement. Victory gave me the best price and then took an additional $500 off when I told the owner I found a coupon from his business in a flyer. I have a 30 year warranty on the product and a 5 year warranty on their services.

+ 0 moreOverall the work was very nice once it was finally completed. When it came time to pay for the services, Mike miscalculated my total due by $100. I informed Mike of his mistake via phone call after he left my home. I told me that he would refund the $100 that day, June 8,2007. It is now Aug. 22, 2007 and I still have not received my refund. I have called many times and he has given me many excuses and false promises on when he would return the money. Voice mail messages have not been responded too.
Description of Work: Replaced hail damaged roof and gutters. Mike's team of works tore off the old roofing materials, incl. nails, throwing them on my front and back lawn. The old material stayed in my yard for over 2 weeks until he had to get another crew to clean up the mess. It was a long process. I originally expected the job to take approx. two days. I was planning on this company to do some interior remodeling, but, with all of the delays for the roofing, that was no longer an option for me. Gave too many excuses as to why the job took so long and why the piles of scraps and empty boxes sat on my lawn day after day.
