+ -1 moreBrian met with us many times to draw up and go over plans for our new home. He listened to what we loved and drew up plans accordingly. He installed extra fire escape equipment and alarms, because he knew our concerns about fire. He would give his ideas and concerns based on our needs. Not only have we got a good builder but a good friend out of this. You keep a list for them and they will come out one month, six months, and one year after build to do any repairs that you have. His word is gold. He does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. They are amazing. Brian really works with you to make sure the entire experience is great.

Description of Work: There are not enough superlatives to express my satisfaction Van Deman Builder's. In March of 2011, I called several contractors, Brian was the only one who returned my call within the hour. An appointment to view the projects was scheduled within the week. A separate quote for each of the five projects was submitted within the week. A separate quote for each of the five projects was submitted for my review and approval. From first contact to approval of quotes took less than 10 days. I requested that the work begin on June 1st. Brian called the week before the work was to begin to make sure there were no changes. Demolition began and almost immediately construction began. Within 4 weeks, for of the projects were completed: one bathroom was gutted and remodeled; a shower install was installed in the washer/dryer area of the upstairs bathroom; new doors were hung in 4 rooms; new trim was installed in 6 rooms. The crews were extremely professional with excellent work ethics. They showed up on time and at the end of the day the place was so clean you would not have known they had been working. The last and largest project was dependent on my reviewing and removing many, many personal items. Brian continually checked in to see how progress was coming along and to provide help with waiving the very heavy items. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and demolition place on two consecutive days and construction began on the 3rd day. The project was completely finished in 2 weeks: a new great room, laundry room and utility room. Perfect!

+ 0 moreThat came right away. They gave me an estimate and they did the work. They had it done in a week. There were ten 10 inches of cement that they had to tear up. They cut one of the utility lines and they took care it. The project manager was out at leas once a day. It is a beautiful patio. We love it. My son was looking for a foreclosure house. Steve the PM went with us to look at and give us estimates to see how much we would have to do in order to make it liveable.
Description of Work: They replaced a patio in 2009. We had a brick patio with walls. They took out all of the cement work and replaced it with Stan's Concrete.

Description of Work: They did a complete tear off and re roof for us after a tornado. He repaired the siding, did interior painting, redid my installation, and replaced my garage door.
