Description of Work: They clean my house weekly. They clean two and a half bathrooms, laundry room, master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, office, and a greatroom.

+ -1 moreI left a check on the counter for Nancy that Saturday and left the house around noon. The following Sunday I returned home to find a dirty house and a note from my Real Estate agent on the kitchen counter. Nancy had not shown up. My anger grew when I listened to the first message on my answering machine - it was timestamped the previous Sunday at 10:30 AM. Nancy left a message saying that she had hurt her toe Friday night and although she knew it was very important that the house be clean for the open house she would not be able to clean. I don't understand why she didn't call Friday after she hurt her toe or Saturday morning so that I would have a chance to find help, or clean it myself and leave late so that house would look nice for Sunday. I'm also not sure why her associate didn't come by, or perhaps she could have made arrangements since she knew I would be gone. We had several groups of people visit our messy house that Sunday - I am very disappointed with this company.
Description of Work: My family and I were going on vacation for one week. We were leaving on Saturday and my Real Estate Agent wanted to have an open house on Sunday while we were gone. Realizing that it would be nearly impossible for me to pack, attend my son's soccer game, get all four kids on the road and leave my house in good enough shape for an open house I asked Nancy if she could clean sometime between 12 noon on Saturday and 12 noon on Sunday so that the house would be nice for the open house. She said she would be happy to do it and we agreed on $200 for the work. ($200)

+ -1 moreNancy is extremely polite and pleasant. She does a great job and is timely and efficient. She returns phone calls and is flexible with her schedule. The house looks and smells great when she leaves.
