 + -1 moreTyler has been very attentive to my communication needs during this process. This was my first home purchase, and I have had so many questions that he was able to answer on the spot. He's got a great demeanor for a real estate agent. Debbie also helped in this process in the initial phase of my home search. They've got a great lender they use frequently named Kurt Fancher. Kurt has been very helpful and patient in getting my home loan. He even found loop holes in VA lending that allow for 5k in repairs if necessary. He goes the extra mile too, and it has been greatly appreciated.
Description of Work: Tyler helped me find a house. I was probably a little more demanding than most people... and honestly expected him to get frustrated with me. Pretty smooth in negotiations and prompt with offers and counter offer notifications. He'll give it to you straight, and let you know if a house is junk, or not worth the money they are asking. Once you tell him what you want you'll end up in a good home at fair market value.

 + -1 moreDebbie sold our house in only a few months of having it listed. We had several people who were interested. We negotiated the terms with someone who wanted tens of thousands of dollars less for the home. Her negotiation skills got us out on top so that we broke even. The home value decreased significantly after the economy tanked... she was still able to find some way to make both parties happy and satisfied. I'd go with her again to sell my house for sure. She's great at her job, and we appreciated her help.
Description of Work: Debbie is an awesome realtor that cares about the clients she is working with. She never stops until she finds you the house you want or sells yours. She sold our house in only a few months.
