I needed a chimney chase/cap replaced. I had other quotes which were either twice the money or at least 20% more. What's more important is that Chimney Doctors contacted me quickly, Jeff came out and gave me an estimate the next day, which was of huge importance to me as I was selling my house. Once I gave the green light, the parts were fabricated and installed 3 business days later! Jeff was a pleasure to deal with, prompt, cordial, polite - an all-around professional. I highly recommend Chimney Doctors.

Don't bother using the website "Contact Us" option. While it seemed to work fine, either it didn't send the info properly, or they don't pay attention to info sent from the website. You'll have to call them.

The Company returned my call immediately. The service was performed promptly, as requested and for the price quoted over the phone. The employee was clean, professional, and a likable young man. My odor problem is gone plus he recommended a product I could use between cleanings to help prevent future odor problems.
