+ -1 moreThey did a good job but the guy was talking to you into ending up buying more than you want. One time, a guy scratched my wooden floor. It wasn't very easy to get it done. I was kind of surprised. They did a good job with my floors. They could have been responsive about the complaint on the floor. He ignored my calls a couple of times.

+ -1 moreThe appointment was scheduled quickly and they offered an evening appointment (which was convenient). The technicians were punctual, polite, and efficient. However, they were unable to remove any stains that I had been unable to remove with a personally-owned steam cleaner. In my opinion, they did not provide any value for the cost paid. Perhaps their services would be better suited to more routine maintenance shampooing, but I could rent a Rug Doctor and shampoo it myself at a considerable savings.
Description of Work: Cleaned six rooms and two hallways, approx. 1500 square feet, so we could list our house for sale.

+ -1 moreTwo people came out and everything seemed ok. I asked them before they came if they would do the front edge of the steps, because I have noticed in the past with other cleaners that it doesn’t get cleaned properly. I called them back because they had left a piece of equipment here and to ask about the front of the steps. He said they would clean them when they came back, but they sent the same crew out a week later and they just seemed like they wanted to pick up the equipment and didn’t finish cleaning. I wouldn’t use them again.
