Very well. They were respectful of property and careful with work performed.

They were punctual and easy to work with. The quality of the work they did was outstanding.

The owner came to repair a dryer vent and patch the drywall where the dyer vent had been taken out in the ceiling. We didn't have to pay for this service because it was covered by another business (their cleaning brush got stuck in my vent). However, while he was here, I hired him to fix two other drywall spots where we had electrical work done. He also repaired a piece for our toilet. He is a very nice man and also very knowledgeable. I would hire him for other work.

Started off with them starting a few days late because one of their guy's was sick. Bob had me pre-order the toilet, shower, flooring, etc. Ended up ordering the wrong shower tub, because he didn't give me proper size nor let me know what side the drain needed to be on. Originally, Bob said it would take just a few days to complete. Ended up being over a full week. After 3 days, Bob asked me to give him half the payment, because he was low on cash. Pretty unprofessional, in my opinion, especially since there were already so many problems. Bob left the crew at my home, unattended. His crew left trash all over each evening, didn't put proper coverings down on carpet and carpet had debris all over it. One day, the crew left my backdoor unlocked and left. In the middle of the job, they couldn't find the proper fittings for the plumbing, so they had to put project on hold until they found it. Left my water off one day and night because they couldn't find this part. So I had to shower at my friend's home. One week after it was finished, the toilet and sick wouldn't work. Bob came out and thankfully was able to fix this. However, when he turned the tub part of the shower on, the shower still was leaking out. He said that happens to his shower/tub at his home too, and just can't figure it out. I asked him to figure this out and fix it. He said he doesn't know how. That was his last text to me. Very unsettling. I paid in full and the shower doesn't even work properly, and he decided not to fix it or find someone that could. Baffling. Bob should hire another company to fix this, and I believe he should reimburse me some of the payment.

Bob showed up with his new employee, Dave. They had a good idea of what the problem was right away, and fixed my door lock in short order.These guys are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Just the kind of handymen I've been looking for to help me keep my house in good, working order and assist in major household projects.

Bob was excellent to work with. He communicated prior to the appointment and was very thorough in explaining what he did. He is actually coming out next week to do some more work for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Son Shine!

It went better than we thought it would! Bob and Josh came out in the timing Bob said he would. He looked at the problem and they were done within 4 hrs. They were pleasant and professional. There was only a problem with the vent coming out of the dryer, it pulled out and crumpled. I called Bob and he came the next day and fixed it. I now have a dryer that I can use and I have done 5 loads with no problems so far. :)

Bob is very professional and did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Previous replacement years ago used flex duct, which shredded and caused my problem. Bob replaced it with the proper 4 inch galvanized pipe. It took him a long time because of design issues with my house, which is probably why the previous contractor took the easy way out with flex duct. and he installed the pipe so my dryer vents perfectly. He was very prompt, scheduled me quickly, did exactly what he said he would and did not try to upsell me or nickel and dime me. Not only is he very professional, but also a nice man and I will use him again for other home repair needs.

He did a great job! It was top notch service! I would recommend his services to anyone!
