Upgraded home security system to the ADT Pulse 3. They were prompt and professional and continued to be available after the installation. Very pleased and will use again if another upgrade is desired.

Chris and Ken were professional, trust-worthy and knowledgeable when setting up our alarm system. When a person was robbed on my street Chris cared about sharing his knowledge on how to be safe beyond just setting alarms. When we had a false alarm he came out to change out some systems. I feel like Chis is our personal security consultant and a friend.

Chris was very thorough in talking with us about what systems would be best for our house due to the pets in the home and other factors. He was patient and explained the plan, about ADT, answered any questions we had. He was thorough in the answers and knew his system and was able to answer questions where we would understand everything. Then a few days later he & his installer were back to install the system. Again they were courteous, friendly, and professional. Ken, who did the install, was patient at taking us through the process of understanding the system & how to use it. They service their customers after the install which was something we liked also. They ran behind some from being with another customer, but he always took time to let us know the situation. We definitely highly recommend Secure In home Services & Chris Bradford very highly.

A friend recommended Secure In Home services to me. I set up the initial appointment and met with Chris Bradford and he explained to me about the company and what they could offer. At the first appointment he brought a demo of the ADT security keypad and walked me through it which was very helpful. We were able to schedule my installation for the very next day. I found that Chris Bradford and the installer Ken both were very professional courteous men and did a good job of making me feel at ease concerning the installation and becoming familiar with the security system. Since I have had my system installed there have been a few minor adjustments that needed to be made. I've called Chris a few times now and he has always been very responsive and has gone out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with the work that Secure in Home services did for us. Do let Chris know if anything goes wrong. I called him when I couldn't get the app to work correctly on my iPhone. He immediately sent someone to fix the problem... which happened to be my problem, not a problem of the system!

We found Chris' name and company information in Angie's List. We asked Chris to give us an estimate and determine what equipment we would need to adequately protect our home. He made an appointment and was prompt and professional. He explained ADT services and additional Honeywell equipment that we desired. He was very patient and explained how to "arm" and "disarm" the system, and answered many of our questions. Due to our immediate needs, installation was the evening of the initial visit. Chris was accompanied by Kenneth. Chris was dealing with financial arrangements, while Kenneth was working on the installation process. Kenneth had us go with him to make a mutual agreement on the placement of glass breakage sensors. We had an excellent explanation/demonstration of the keypad, door sensors and key fobs. Both Chris and Kenneth were professional and efficient and even boxed left-over packaging for disposal. Since the installation, we have emailed Chris with several questions. His response was always prompt and he also came back to make an adjustment on one of the sensors. I would suggest him for anyone wanting ADT monitoring and Honeywell equipment!

It went very well. Now my wife is more secure in letter her mother alone. Chris is great at being available for call whenever you need to ask a question. The system installed works very well.

Chris has made several visits to our home and always displays a strong desire to do what is right for us. So he listens, asks for clarification, and then uses his amazing ability to select the right security equipment, put it in place, and then train us on how to make it compatible with our own life style. In addition, Chris makes it perfectly clear that if we ever have any questions to call him direct at any time... day or night. I first met Chris at the Indianapolis Home Show in Jan 2012 and I was initially impressed with his professionalism. I held onto his contact information and after contacting other home security providers, I decided to purchase a new home security system from Secure In Home Services. When Chris came to my home, he was kind, courteous and did a wonderful job explaining all of the details involved with installing a new security system. I was most impressed with the fact that he uses genuine Honeywell components since I had read a lot of bad reviews on GE security components. Since I had a previously installed system that also used Honeywell components, Chris was able to discern which components needed replaced and which ones could remain. Chris seemed to pay very close attention to detail as well. For example, while my system was being installed, he applied ADT Security decals to nearly every exterior window and door instead of leaving a stack of decals for me to apply later. Chris, also replaced all of the batteries in the existing components I was keeping. Chris was able to arrange for the system to be installed on the same day. The installer, Kenneth, did a fantastic job and consulted with me on the placement of all of the components. Both Chris and Kenneth went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable with operating the system and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would certainly recommend Chris and Kenneth to anyone who is looking to install a new home security system.
