The services went very well. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. Rob is very professional.

Helped to add thoughtful contingencies that helped us obtain a fair price on house and property. However, in a buyers market, it was not difficult to serve as a buyer's agent and negotiate concessions from the seller. Little to no help as seller's agent. Our house did not sell over 6 month listing. Rob came to house once and contacted us once during that time - we had to initiate all other contacts. We felt that we were flying blind all summer and after Rob got the listing his only response was to lower the price. Not once did he provide a market comparison or inform us of our competition. When asked for a mutual release, he refused and cursed me on the phone - very unprofessional. I offered to reimburse him for his gas for the single trip he made for the house. That wasn't enough and he wanted $3000 to release the contract.
