+ -1 moreRescue Duct quoted a price in advance and held to that price. I received a call in advance of their arrival. They did a complete job cleaning my air ducts, and pointed out a large clump of accumulated dirt that they knocked out of my return air ducts. They were professional and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job. One thing I liked was their system pulls out air through a long hose that goes to a truck parked outside, so air pulled out of the ducts is vented outside, rather than out a vacuum cleaner inside. Overall, it was a good experience.

+ -1 moreWent great. Two guys arrived right on time after calling 15 minutes ahead like they said they would. It took approximately 2 hours 45 mins. I was told 2-3 house, so spot on there too. Both guys were very nice, even tried to calm my frightened dog. I was perfectly comfortable having them come into my house.

Answered questions I had, worked quietly (well as quiet as their equipment would allow). Cleaned up after themselves pretty good. Took slightly over an hour for 3 BR home. Very polite. + -1 moreHe was right on time, listened carefully to my description of the work I had already tried to do cleaning the vent myself. As it became clear that my vinyl vent needed to be replaced with a metal one, he had all the supplies on hand, assembled everything quickly and also installed a vent cover outside as I requested to keep animals from getting in. He also did a good job vacuuming up all the lint once the job was complete. I'm very pleased with how my dryer vent works and looks now.
Description of Work: My dryer vent needed to be cleaned and reconnected. Ultimately, several feet of the vent going through the exterior wall was replaced and a new flap to prevent animals from coming in was installed.

+ -1 moreIt worked out excellent. They were very thorough, explained exactly what they were going to do, very polite, and I felt they went out of their way. One issue I was having was I had a vent that I wasn't getting any air out of and they explained why. One thing I like about them is that they are a small company and they are Veterans and they also honor discounts to Veterans as well. I will highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI was having trouble with my dryer but it ended up being a problem with the dryer vent. There was water in the vent, he was prompt and came out the next day. I did not have to wait. He was prepared by having everything that was needed on his truck. He gave me good future advice and it was great.

They called before they arrived, were right on time, and were very pleasant and polite. They even moved equipment to allow my wheelchair-bound mother to get to her room. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreWent well, showed up on time with their team and cleaned all the ducts in our 2 story house. Had great equipment like the truck mounted vacume all trained duct cleaners should have and the rubber things to stick in the ducts and break up the dust. They also pushed a scope through many of our downstairs ducts in the slab to check for any breaks/leaks with a camera and sprayed Benifect in the ducts to disinfect everything. Did a good job overall with everything. They are a bit new to the job, but they seem to have all the right equipment and training which only about 3 or 4 duct cleaners in the city can say and the price is fair and reflects that (i.e. a bit less that Mite-E-Ducts who are excellent also, but have more experience). Forgot to send me the pictures/video from looking at the ducts in the slab, but then I forgot to remind them to send me them after the fact myself and I'm sure they would have if I'd asked, no big deal. Were suggested by PuroClean and I'd happily hire them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned ducts, checked some with camera, sprayed Benifent to disinfect ducts, checked dryer vent.

+ -1 moreThey arrived at my house promptly, explained what they would be doing and that they were using materials in the cleaning that would not aggravate my allergies, but would be effective in destroying the mold in our vents. I was not living n my home at the time, so I left them to do their work. I am an enviornmentalist so it was very important to me that they not use harsh or damaging chemicals in their process. I was very satisfied with their work and their process.
Description of Work: Because an HVAC company had installed an oversized air conditining unit and left duct work in our crawl space that was not sealed and had rusted holes in it, we had an awful mold issue in the crawl which then got into our vents and came into our living space. Control Tech was the HVAC company. They also own Mighty Ducts. They were at our home to repair the duct work and then would send the duct cleaners the next day so we could proceed with the mold mitigation in a timely fashion. However, when they came to my home to repair the duct work, our insurance company had sent their HVAC people out to assess the situation. Control Tech technicians became very angry that we were considering their fault in the situation and literally walked off the job. pulling their agreement to clean the ducts with their Mighty Ducts company. My mold mitigation company found Rescue Ducts and they were kind enough to come out immeidately to my house to clean the ducts for mold so that we could get back into our house without a long wait. Had they not come out promptly, we would not have gotten the situation resolved quickly. They were friendly and professional and their kindness in pulling us out of a bind becuase of Control Tech was very much appreciated.

Having never had the service performed, we were not familiar with the process or the type of equipment to be used. Everything was explained in full, the job completed in the expected time frame and great care was taken to keep our home clean every step of the way.
