I never really thought about buying a home before. I asked my mom to recommend a real estate company to work with and she gave me Red Oak's number. I called the office and they recommended Mr. Johnson. I thought I knew something about the stimulus package because I read up on it online, but Matthew really floored me with his expertise. He knew all the ins and outs about how to get the credit right away, how much I would actually get, and who all qualifies for the credit. It really got me excited about buying. Not only that he had an intimate knowledge of the foreclosure market in my area. After taking the time to listen about the type of home I wanted he quickly formulated a list of homes to look at. We sat down and went over the list and narrowed down what he thought were the best deals. Mr. Johnson then set up all the showings for me, picked me up on a Saturday afternoon, and walked through the homes with me. He even bought me lunch. I haven't quite pulled the trigger on a home yet, but I plan to. I was eager to get on here and share my experience with a true professional in every aspect of the word. Dont hesitate to give him a call, even if you just have a question. I just hope that this listing does'nt make Matthew too busy because I expect to be calling him shortly about grabbing one of those deals he found for me.
