Whenever I have a request Realty World- Harbert Company Inc. Realtors is always there to help me out. They are just a really good real estate company. They don’t leave one at the end of a sale. They are there for me if I have any questions even after the sale. They also might assist me to sell my rental property; they offer such services as well. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have had real estate agents in the past that might just send me a thank you card and that’s it. They take their 7% and they are gone. However, Realty World is not like that. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

In the last 13 years have sold two houses and bought 3. Through these experiences I've learned more of what to look out for in a good and bad real estate agent. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from REALTY WORLD Harbert Company, Inc. Brian Harbert was my primary agent and Maurice Harbert assisted. Prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to customer service; these are some of the qualities I found using their company. They were engaged in my pursuit in property ownership. Due to my own life getting in the way at times, my search lasted over a year. They hung in there with me and at my request we saw a lot of properties. The one I settled on was a Short Sale. (My advice, if you ever consider this type of sale, please make sure you have agents such as the Harberts working for you. You will need access to a real estate agent with solid background and a willing persistence on your side.) My budget was no more the 130K. However, the Harberts and their team displayed a respect to me as though I had 130MM. To me, this commitment will result in my return business. Since Closing last year, I have had an occasional question here and there, Brian has always followed up promptly. REALTY WORLD Harbert Company, Inc., Brian, Maurice and team are excellent at real estate.
