+ 1 moreAlmost every evergreen tree and nearly every shrub they installed died. Took an unreasonable amount of time for them to install replacements. Grass is more like weeds. These problems could have possibly been soil related, but it is a fact that the plants did indeed die. Mulch was applied way too thinly and has become extremely weedy. Several phone calls went unreturned. Irrigation system had leak when first installed and was told by company representative that the leak did not exist. Irrigation system leak was corrected and works very well now, but a few sprinkler heads should be lower in ground. During one of the snow removals, some damage was done and the work to make corrections was shoddy. WHEN workers showed up, they were friendly and did repairs.
Description of Work: They did a landscaping and irrigation system. Snow removal was also performed.

+ -1 moreWHILE THE BILLING PRACTICES ARE SUSPECT, THE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL IN SOLVING OUR PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: WHEN WE BUILT OUR DAVIS HOME RAINMAKERS INSTALLED THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM. THEY HAVE MADE A HABIT OF BILLING US FOR WARRANTY WORK. THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.
