Josh was there early and had already began outside inspection. He's a good person and that shows in how he runs his business. He had a good knowledge of different aspects of mobile home he inspected. When he wasn't sure about something he had a mentor to call to help with analysis. It's nice to get a printout of inspection at time of inspection, but he was able to go home and have it emailed to me by mid-afternoon. I'd use him again.

I am a first time home buyer and I feel great about my new home. The inspection and report were very thorough and will be a huge asset for us in knowing what to monitor in our home. Josh answered all of our questions and I felt he went above and beyond to explain all aspects of the home, the inspection, and what we should do for maintenance in the future. Buying a home has been a stressful experience at times, but Josh definitely made the inspection part as stress free as possible!
