Josh was on time and professional during the inspection. He performed, what I assumed, was a thorough report. However, the day of the inspection I received a call from my realtor stating the oven had been left on after the inspection. Josh told the selling agent he hadn't touched the oven, but had marked on the report that it was in working condition. The seller said the house was very hot when she came by and was very distraught. Even after the oven had been shut off, the house remained very warm. The house is under warranty, so the seller had someone come out to investigate. Josh had forgotten to flip a switch back into the correct position to allow the climate control systems to function properly. All in all, I received an inspection, but would have preferred someone a bit more cautious about these types of things.

The inspector came to our home within an hour and was thorough, polite, efficient. We were completely satisfied with the inspection and would recommend the company to all.

Josh was prompt, courteous and proficient. Very reasonably priced. He worked me in this schedule quickly and e-mailed the needed paperwork within an hour or so. We would definitely call him again if needed and happy to refer him to others.

Josh was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very responsive during email exchanges, promptly provided me with his availability, we set an appointment for about 1 week later, he confirmed the appointment the day before, and arrived early to the appointment time. While onsite, again, very knowledgeable, very efficient, and very thorough in his inspection. He even offered up recommendations for service providers during a followup email. I have already asked my realtor to add him to their preferred home inspection provider list and I would definitely use him again for home inspection services!
