General landscraping. Installed a railroad tie lines garden, removed multiple bushes, planted multiple rose bushes. Created brick lined borders for multiple flower gardens. Removed all debris. Awesome job. Very poltie in manner as well. Very happy with service.

I was very impressed. They do other things for me as well as needed.

Kyle and crew took the time to work the new mulch around the existing plants in the mulch beds using their hands. The result is our lot and plant/mulch beds look better than ever compared to contractors we have previously used.

Overall I was very pleased. Was able to communicate electronically for almost the entire engagement, which worked out well since I travel a lot and this was a rental property. I noticed a few minor things, probably would give A- for quality instead of A+. But, they were considerably more price friendly than another vendor who falls into the A+ category. So, the price/performance ratio for Precision Cut was still excellent.

Never heard from him! Very disappointed that you can't get these companies to follow through with what they say they are going to do. I do not like writing bad reviews for anyone, but I know how much I depend on reviews from people before I use a company and I am not the type that will EVER beg a company for their business. I need someone that is going to be dependable. If you can't depend on someone to show up when they say they will to give you a quote when they are trying to GET your business, then I hardly think they will likely be dependable to show up to actually provide the service you are hiring them for.

WOW! My lawn was a wreck. They removed tree branches, leaves and pruned bushes. I purchased some flowers and they planted them in my pots. What a transformation of my property just in time for guests this weekend. Great communication from Caleb and the team. They will be my lawn service company!

Kyle and his crew of 2 arrived at the house, rang the doorbell and we went over specifics. It was a very cold day, but that did not stop the progress. They worked throughout the morning, and checked back in with me when the work was almost complete. They spread 14 yards of mulch, edged all of the beds, removed some dead rose bushes. The yard looks wonderful and we are ready for our spring flowers to come up. I will definitely call them again.

2 men were on time did all the work i asked, cleaned up after.

Very professional crew. They always did a good job of mowing and trimming and a minor incident with my neighbor was handled very diplomatically to everyone's satisfaction. I will definitely continue to use them.

This was my first season using Precision Cut Lawn Service for my grass and lawn care and let me just say it was worth every penny! Fighting my allergies and trying to cut an acre lot with a push mower was awful -- and I couldn't be happier with the great work, attention to detail, easy invoicing/payment, and courtesy of these folks. They have a reasonable rate on their service. They give excellent service. They are responsive to me.

Caleb Harbert and his company are extremely responsive, timely, and courteous. My particular day for mowing is Wednesdays, and the only time they don't come is when it is raining. If there is rain on my service day, they come the next possible day. After several days of rain, they asked before they mowed since some areas of the lawn were muddy. I use their service deal of $160 per month from April to November, and I have about 3/4 of an acre. For about $40 a month, they are extremely reasonable. I used them for trimming shrubs, and they were also reasonable. My daughter went to high school with Caleb, and it is truly a joy to receive such wonderful service from a local young man who has started his own business.

Caleb and his crew do a quick and efficient job. They were flexible when we asked them to add trimming in a spot in the back; they did it nicely. We could depend on the job being done unless the weather simply did not permit it, in which case the job was done on the next day that weather permitted, so things never got out of hand. Rarely, the way the mower was run seemed to leave portions of the grass a bit taller than other portions, but not so it bothered me. I appreciate this crew's work.

They did a very nice job. There was extra time and I was surprised about it. You need to be specific about what you want them to do. The workers were nice and respectful. They did what they were supposed to do. They came on time. They were very friendly.

Went very well. Was contacted almost immediately when I emailed them. After a quick visit, I received a written estimate, accepted that, and I think it took them part of two days to get everything done. Looks excellent now and I felt price was reasonable given all the work they had to do.

Being able to not worry about mowing my yard has been very helpful. They provide convenient e-billing and payment allowing me to keep on top of things even if I am out of town.

The best about it is that whenever I call them, I get the owner's cellphone and he just answers it right away. I had no problem getting hold of him when I got questions and I can find out right away. They're quick, very responsive and come right out.

Went well. Company has great communication and were flexible with lawn service dates. We had a property showing and they were able to make the lawn look nice before potential buyers arrived

Could not have been better. Purchased deal om Tuesday afternoon. 2 emails to follow-up and confirm Tuesday night. Guys were out Wednesday around 2pm and did a wonderful job. Very pleased and

Do not use them. I had to call with a problem almost every week from the first week they came. The first time I called because I couldn't tell that they had even mowed. Another time, the people came to mow and taped an envelope to the front door with the payment, even called the owner to make sure it was ok with the owner. I made sure the check was there while the crew was mowing, it was gone when they left. A week later, I got a call from the owner who said he never got the payment. So I had to issue another check and mail it. The first time I met him, I pointed out an area of my yard that had spring flowers in it and asked them not to mow it. I even put PVC pipe around the area to keep them from mowing that area. Last week, I discovered that the crew went into that area with weed wackers and cut the area, ensuring that my bulbs won't come back up next year. The owner came out and gave all kinds of excuses as to why that happened, then said, "Well, maybe we are not the company for you". I was thinking, "I want a competent company and that's not you." The gentleman who posted the response who I have been talking to was rude and he flat out lied about most of what he posted. The fact is that things that I mentioned to him, how he was talking about how I didn?t fire him and let him work. I was actually trying to give him a 2nd or 3rd chance which he clearly didn?t appreciate. He offered to replace flowers I told him not to cut. Another thing, spring bold flowers have to wait two months after they flower before you cut down the fulwhich. So some of it was dried up but it wasn?t ready to be cut down. He doesn?t understand that you have to wait, that is why I instructed him to stay out of the area. I did leave the check on the door because I was told that I could do that. IT was secure, there was no wind and it was there when they showed up. After they left, the check was gone. He was acting like it wasn?t out there, I did not call his guys retards and stupid. But I did make it clear that I was unhappy that they cut the flowers down. I lost track of how many times I told them to stay out of the area. I clearly marked the area and they cut them anyways. His attitude is like they can do whatever and he doesn?t care. About the time that they claimed that they mowed, the lawn didn?t look mowed. When he finally came out to discuss it, the light was different. It was a different time of day, so I could see some wheel marks, but I could not see any wheel marks before he came. Some places come out long before a cut is needed and it?s difficult to see if any cut has been made. Now talking about the fees, when others are charging a certain amount and he is charging something else and he?s trying to convince you that you will get more for the extra money and you don?t get a lot more I think it?s fair to ask why. They did not go above and beyond in there service as he claimed, the only mistake I made was hiring them in the first place and giving them multiple chances to stay out of the flower bed. I try to give others a chance. I?ve never had a lawn mowing company who was this rigid and uncooperative. I?ve had a few companies, the only reason I didn?t keep them is because they?ve moved away or they retired or just stopped mowing. Otherwise I keep people, they have to screw up big time before I fire them and I had to fire this guy. He said repeatedly in his response that he showed up quickly to respond, like if that were to make up for the mistakes and attitude. I guess I?m shocked by his response, considering how many times I instructed his people on what to do and they messed up several times. I still kept them on to give them a chance. I had not read his response until now, that is why I haven?t answered his response until now.

Their work is quality. They had new guys that came out a day before and the old guys came out the next day for a quality check. He said they had to redo it, so basically they came out and redid it. It wasn't as good as what i would have done myself. They came back the second day and re-trimmed the yard. I was out of town for person reasons and the manager replied my mail within 5 minutes. I liked the timely reply.

They're doing a fine job. They're very reliable and it's a good value. I don't have any complaints.

I would recommend them to anyone.
