It went great. They were on time and very professional. They were very courteous, but got down to business very quickly. They worked very quickly and when they were done they gave us some tips on how to keep ants out. They were very informative, but didn't take too much of our time. I will definitely call them for any pest control needs in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Poppy's from a friend who had used their services around Christmas time. I had seen evidence of mice in my basement as well as around my kitchen. I called and spoke to a very polite woman who took my information down and advised that a technician would call back shortly. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by the gentleman who worked with me throughout the entire process. He came out the very next morning and established that my problem was not out of control and set out a few bait stations. I have a cat and was concerned that she could be injured by the bait he set in the kitchen. Keith ensured that my cat would not be able to access the stations by placing them inside the cabinet under the sink and behind the fridge. I cleaned the areas where I had found evidence and within a few days I stopped seeing droppings around. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. They were professional, efficient and very informative.
