Very well, problem was solved quickly without drama.

I found my Water heater was leaking and needed a replacement. I saw Phil's reviews on Angie List were excellent and decided to call him. I try to support the small business's and the not the big box stores. He answered the phone promptly and I sent him pictures of the water heater to replace. He called me back same day with an Estimate and options available. He texted me the next day saying he could install tonight. He arrived early, around 7:30 PM and the entire process, installation etc. lasted less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable, personable, included a few extras on the spot and was very professional. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Would recommend him over time and time again.

We got home at 7:30 Thursday night to find water leaking in our kitchen celling. I called our usual plumber and got no response, which was usual. I got on Angie List and started to call. After about five phone call I got a plumber to answer. Phil was just finishing a job and said he would be by. I could not believe it. I though for sure I would have to wait till the next day. He arrived about 30 mins. later and had the pipe fixed within an hour. Need to say I was very impressed.

Phil's plumbing did a wonderful job, he was not only on time but a few minutes early which for me personally is a huge A+. Phil was personable and professional, he cleaned up all the mess from the work he did (that's another A+). I will definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I noticed a water mess under our existing water heater. The water was warm and it looked like there was a leak. I looked through providers in Angies list and selected Phil's Plumbing because of their location, cost and reviews. It was 6pm when I called and Phil answered. He asked troubleshooting type questions to determine if it was a leak and not a bad pop-off valve. He asked me to take pictures and text them to him. He called and said that he can change it that evening for $650. I said let's do it. Phil arrived at about 7:40pm to start the project. The removal of the old heater in the basement and the installation of the new heater went quickly. Phil completed the project by 8:45pm. All on the same day. He said to contact him if there are any problems with the new water heater. The final price was $700 because the water heater he selected was $50 more than what he quoted. I am satisfied with the entire service.

Phil did great work and was very efficient with the time it took to complete the job. He is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
