I was extremely pleased. He did an excellent job and was very professional. When all the out-of-town companies were coming in here and scamming local residents, he was one that was the lowest bidder and someone I could trust. He was recommended to us by another service provider. We have had several strangers ask us who put the roof on and what type of shingles were used.

We paid half of the job up front ($4500). The deadline for the shingles was May 1 so we had to order the shingles ahead of time to ensure they were available for the job when it started. We went through several delays before start. The day the work was to be started the shingles came in wrong and the roof was already stripped leaving us no choice but to accept the shingles they had brought out. They ensured us that if we were not happy (in writing) with the roof or the shingles that they would re-do the roof to make sure it was what we wanted. We were not happy with the results and when we talked to the owner, he advised us to wait a couple of years and see how much the shingles faded in the weather and at that time if we were still unhappy he would repaint our house. This is not what we wanted, we want the roof we paid for, not a new color on our house. He has not been back out since nor did he even get on the roof to inspect any of the concerns we had brought to his attention.
