It went just fine. I got an email from them and they gave me an estimate. They were two young, very polite men and they did a wonderful job. I couldn't be any happier. They explained some things that I wasn't aware of. I have had to deal with a lot of things over here and they put the blue booties on when they came into my house.

The service was fine, but it ended up costing more than I thought it would. I know I paid $60 again when they came out, so I couldn't figure out what good the $29 deal did for me. I was disappointed at the cost. I could've gotten my regular plumber out here for that price. The price was not what was promised. He came in and did the work. He was very polite.

Excellent. Sam checked everything throughout the condo and assured me there were no indoor leaks. He checked outside and discovered leaky gaskets on the water meter owned by the city. Sam talked with the utility office there times and they came out and replaced gaskets.

We had to call Sam again when our kitchen faucet was leaking. He removed the old faucet and installed the new faucet we bought yesterday. Also unclogged the drain under the kitchen sink that was always backing up in the kitchen sink. As always, great job and very professional. Would definitely recommend

Sam helped us with reattaching our garbage disposal that came off and replaced a pipe to repair aleak. Great job and was in and out in no time. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anybody in the Greenwood area

It was great. They did a wonderful job. He charged a minimal amount in addition. The man not only called before he came what time he out to verify what time he was going to be there, he was on time, he explained everything he was going to do, he explained the extra cost involved and why. I would recommend him a hundred percent. He did everything that was required and explained it as he went along.

The job was done perfectly, quickly, and Sam didn't leave any thing to clean up. 100% satisfied.

Wonderful! They offered us an appointment for the morning after I bought the offer here on Angie's List--very prompt--for between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. When I asked if they could come after my husband finishes getting ready for work (8:15), they said no problem. :) Danny called from 45 minutes away and arrived right on time by 9:30. He put on shoe covers, which I didn't expect but was very appreciative, and inspected our hot water heater, a Bradford White with a 6-year warranty that's now 15 years old... going on 16. We'd suspected the previous owners didn't get it routinely serviced, and Danny confirmed our suspicions. He told us the clacking sound we were hearing was the sediment from the hard water and that the whistle was the HWH working harder due to the sediment. Considering its age and condition, he recommended not flushing it (in case sediment was covering any rust) and making replacement a priority, but could be put off until it starts leaking. Danny inspected the other plumbing and found two more issues, including a rag in the toilet tank as a jury rig! The joys of home ownership!!! He left us quotes for a HWH replacement ($1150 with new HWH included!) and the two other plumbing issues. Also, after reading some reviews of plumbing companies, I know some people complained that giant stickers were left behind on their HWH. Danny asked my permission if I wanted a sticker, and I happily said yes. Easier to find the number! And it wasn't giant at all. :) Everything went great, and we'll definitely be calling P&K again!

We bought a deal through Angie's list and P&K came as scheduled, fixed the drain and was prompt and professional. We saved about 30% over the other quotes we had by going this route. We would use P&K again.

My sump pump was running continuously. Called P&K mid afternoon and Sam was out the next morning by 8 o'clock to replace my sump pump. He was on time efficient and professional. I would hire again. Price was reasonable compared to other research.

The shower went well but he couldn't extract the screw on the sink faucet so that never was completed

He came and checked it then he cleaned the filter which we did not know about it. It is good now.

Gr8! Always on time, very courteous, never pushy and relatively reasonable in price. At first I wasn't sure because this was a very young company with, what seemed, a small customer footprint but all my worries vanished when I chose to call and had my first meeting. Danny came over, listened to my every concern very carefully and after few recommendations we agreed on a plan of action. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time, we reviewed the work to be done (I wanted to make sure that the tight space that I had available for the water heater still made sense and would be used efficiently) and he started working. Couple of hours later, I just finished mowing my yard, Danny was already filling up the tank and testing the pipes for leaks. I had plenty of chances to review the work done and was extremely impressed with the use of space and the quality of work. One thing I would suggest for any future customer: do ask about warranty! At the time of this review, P&K did not state that they offered any… But, if this is the only thing that is stopping you from calling, no worries, P&K was willing to work with me and offer short-term warranties on labor. From the looks of it, I will not even have a use for these warranties anyway but even if I do, I am sure, I will get the same Gr8 service all over again!

Very well and very quick. The plumber, Danny, was very considerate of my home and cleaned up the mess from the clogged drain. He worked-in my service call on a busy Friday and I really appreciated the work he completed quickly, so I wouldn't have to deal with a clogged drain over the weekend. Good job!

It was good. It was very fast. I would call them again.

They were the cheapest and I paid for it. Poor work, one fixture starting leaking about a month after instal. Was installed so poorly ( cartridge and bonnet washer not set right) that the whole fixture had to be replaced. Messy mismatched caulk.

The service call was very reasonable...maybe too reasonable. Once he got to the house and diagnosed the problem is when I became dissastified. He made up for the low service call charge by overcharging for the work performed. The work he did was good but the price should have been fair as well.

Great. Danny did an outstanding job in dealing with a misunderstanding. He handled the situation very professionally and looked at the picture. In turn, I will refer and recommend P&K Plumbing. Not only good, honest business people but great plumbers as well.

It was a good experience. They came out the day they said they would. They didn't charge me any additional price to the big deal, I was happy with them. They didn't do anything except what needed to be done.

They were very professional but could not find the leak as the crawlspace where the leak is was obstructed. I have to have someone install an entrance to the crawlspace before they can fix the leak
