+ -1 moreBRAD IS A GREAT PROFESSIONAL. EVERYONE SAYS YOU SHOULD HAVE A GOOD ACCOUNTANT, GOOD ATTORNEY, AND GOOD MECHANIC. I WOULD ADD A GOOD PAINTER TO THAT LIST BECAUSE WE USE BRAD FOR ALL OF OUR PAINTING NEEDS - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. DURING THE WINTER, HE IS WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ALL PARTS OF INDIANAPOLIS TO DO WORK. HE IS SO AFFORDABLE AND DOES SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CAULKS AND HE FIXES NAIL HOLES AND PROBLEM AREAS BEFORE HE PAINTS. I HAVE HAD OTHERS IN THE PAST QUOTE ME TWICE AS MUCH, AND I KNOW THEY WOULD NOT DO THE QUALITY WORK HE DOES.
Description of Work: BRAD PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE AFTER HAVING NEW SIDING INSTALLED.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB BRAD DID. HE IS A PAINTER FOR THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA AND IS VERY SKILLED. HE IS SOFT-SPOKEN AND NOT PUSHY ON SELLING ADDITIONAL SERVICES. HE IS EASY TO WORK WITH. THE ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED HIM TO GIVE MORE OF AN UPDATE OF THE STATUS OF HIS WORK AND THEY DIDN''T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AS WELL AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. BUT HE WAS VERY CHEAP AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT.
Description of Work: BRAD AND HIS CREW PAINTED OUR ENTIRE HOUSE INSIDE AND STRIPPED SOME WALLPAPER AS WELL. HE ALSO PATCHED SOME NAIL POPS AND SOME HOLES IN THE WALLS.
