Ovation Audio Video Solutions

I have used Ovation over the past 15 years and have seen the sale department dissolve into some of the worst staff I have ever dealt with. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years and wanted to update my entertainment systems thru out the house (a total of 4) which they installed. I waited months, equipment was not ordered, problems were not fixed to this day and all I was given were excuses. It seems like you're working with a bunch of burned out sales staff that is only looking to cash in. I have more problems now than I did before the update on my entertainment systems. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding them at all cost.

The repairman showed up promptly at 2pm. He was very friendly and told me upfront that the cost could be either $250 or $650, depending on what he found when he opened the television. Luckily for me, the problem turned out to be the cheaper of the two possibilities. The repairman finished in less than an hour and the television was fixed.

We had Frank come over for an estimate on hiding wires for our flat screen through the wall above fireplace. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called the company and talked to someone else who was shocked that we still didn't get an estimate. He found our estimate and told us it would be 595.00. He said that Frank would call us back to get us put on the schedule. Another 2 week went by and we called and complained. Again we were told someone would call us back. After 5 weeks of waiting just to be put on the schedule we just gave up and went with someone else.

EXCELLENT OVERALL. CAME TO MY HOME AND WIRED THE NEW TV TO MY CABLE, AND EXISTING HOME THEATRE EQUIPMENT. PICTURE AND SOUND ARE AWESOME!

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS & DETAIL ORIENTED. IN FACT HE REMOVED HIS SHOES AT THE DOOR AND PROGRAMMED EVERYTHING INTO ONE REMOTE FOR US (INSTEAD OF HAVING 4 REMOTES). THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND DIDN'T THINK THEY'D GET TO ME UNTIL NEXT MONDAY. THEY CALLED THIS MORNING AND ASKED THEY COULD COME TODAY, SO THEY DID.

DEE JONES WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. HE HAD TO ORDER THE PROJECTOR BUT KEPT ME INFORMED AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. CHAD, THE INSTALLER, DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND HAD A QUICK RESPONSE.
