Otto's Streetscape Solutions is a full service manufacturer and installer of mailboxes and mailbox posts. Otto's Streetscape Solutions is a division of Otto's Parking Marking. Otto’s Streetscape Solutions has acquired the assets of Caporale Post, Inc when they ceased operations late 2009. We have the tooling and equipment to produce and replace what is currently in most neighborhoods. Our division is operated by a team of proactive team players. We have two sales representatives that are willing and able to help place an order and answer any questions you may have. We pride ourselves on great customer service and timely production and installation. Otto's provides a turn-key solution for your mailbox replacement. Our service includes custom power coating and graphics installation to meet your neighborhood requirements. We offer a variety of mailboxes including standard and cast aluminum mailboxes. Our Production Staff has the necessary tooling to manufacture and paint a new post to meet your community specifications or create a custom look for your mailbox post.

Great service! I called and went through every detail with a very knowledgeable representative, who also made helpful suggestions. Once the order was placed, they came out and removed/replaced the mailbox.

The lady who helped me got on google and pulled up a picture of my mailbox. She told me the size/color of our mailbox and the color/font of our address on the box. We wanted to replace our mailbox with an identical new box. I gave her my credit card and someone came and installed our new box on our old post two weeks later. Easy.

it was okay. There was some steel re-bar that was on the old mailbox, they left that in my front yard instead of disposing of it, so I had to deal with it myself. And no one checked back with me to see if there was anything I was happy with or unhappy with.

I was able to describe the work to them over the phone and they used Google earth to double check that they were picking the right box and lettering to meet our HOA requirements. Everything was done over the phone and the mailbox was delivered promptly.

The process was very easy. You go to their website and pick out all the necessary details about your mailbox. They email you a quote and you pay for it over the phone. It was extremely efficient.. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that they were going to call prior to the install and they did not. I did not have an existing mailbox and the quote includes removal of the old one. I asked for a discount, but was told that they don't offer one.

Otto's service was fantastic. We were well pleased with the response to our quote request. Their staff was very efficient and professional. The ordering process was very quick, and they installed the mailbox and post exactly one week later, after calling to advise us of the installation the day before. I was also impressed that they contacted the utilities to locate underground lines before installing the post. Additionally, they advised that our homeowners association had not signed a 2015 agreement with them, but on their own, they were honoring the 2014 association price until 4/1/15.

We ran into Otto's booth at the home show, and I had always wanted one of the nice mailboxes with the address painted on it. Well, here was my chance. I didn't even give my husband a chance to object. The only complaint I have is that the installer didn't call ahead. He came on one of those brutal winter days. Bless his heart.

The office personnel were very patient with our requests. We requested multiple different quotes and each request was promptly answered and emailed the quotes instantly. We finally settled on full replacement. It took less than a week to produce, deliver and install the new post and mailbox. The online payment system is a breeze. Will recommend to the neighborhood.

They were just exceptional! They were very patient during my decision making process. You can do everything online, but they actually came out to my home with color swatches and samples because I have a medical condition where I just can't get to them. I don't know if they do that regularly, but it was very nice that they were attentive to my needs. Everyone in the neighborhood says it's the best post and mailbox. They match the colors of your home which is a nice touch. The cost was $390 and that included the removal of the old box, customization, and all factors involved in the installation of the new box. They take care of calling 811 before they dig so you don't have to do anything.
Description of Work: I got a new mailbox post and mailbox with them. They built a newspaper box below the mailbox (on the post) as well. They did custom, decorative knobs. They helped me decide the custom vinyl lettering and style.

It was so easy! We live in a community where all posts need to be identical, and I was having a difficult time finding the right post. Otto's did such a great job finding the right post and installing, that when my mom needed a new mailbox post, I recommended them to her. She also just got online, got an estimate, paid online, and in a few days, had the new post installed. Very impressive!

I don't know how it went I just wrote a report today. I gave them money on 6/2/11 and now they want more and I still do not have a mail box. They have never contacted me and I an irate. I wish I would have had Angies list before I called them, however I see that they have fairly good raitings. I am old, Usually when I need something done it is hose the old lady week. Still do not have a mail box.
Description of Work: I conracted the company on 6/2/11 as my mail box was knocked off of the pole and I am unable to fix it my self. They took 98.00 from my account. After about 3 weeks I called them and they said that they had to take a picture of the box as the neighborhood I lived in used two different sizes. I suggested just callind the Neighbor Hood Association, which I did and they were able to tell me what size was used in my neighborhood. I called them today and ask when I might expect a mail box as it s getting expensive to drive to town every day to get my mail. They now tell me that the brackets are broken and it will be another $200. I told them that I would be happy to pay them, but not until the work was completed as it seems like it is not too important to them. They have never called, explained why there may be a delay. I will never use this company again.

They were very precise in the quote and explanation of the service being provided. They knew the requirements of my HOA, and met them precisely. The process was then explained, and was followed to a T. There were no surprises and the final product looks great!

An excellent experience from start to finish. The company provided detailed quotations describing the scope of supply and accurate costs. They applied no pressure during the quotation process and were flexible when we asked for a number of different options. Communication was excellent, planning scheduling and doing the work was also first class. The mailbox itself looks exactly as expected and is a perfect match to the rest of the neighborhood.

Found the company via internet search. Sent e-mail for a quote received quote next business day. Followed up with account manager Saraha Winstone and made a few adjustments to the mailbox, post color and related vinyl lettering. In one week's time we had a brand new mailbox with vinyl lettering with street name and number, larger more sturdy post which inlcuded a newspaper holder (got rid of the unsightly - Indianapolis News Paper box from 1987 LOL). I would use this company again.
