Moss Home Improvements is a locally owned roofing company built on integrity and reliability. Since 1992 we've provided the highest quality roofing, siding, guttering, and replacement windows. Dealing with storm and weather damage is our specialty. We provide fast response when storms hit…and we’ll be here long after the storm is over! Description of Work: I asked Moss to come do a roof inspection following severe weather to help me determine if I had an insurance claim. They came to my residence at the appointed time, did a roof walk around and gave me their input on the condition of it. And, they are being asked to return when our insurance claims rep visits. No charge.

Description of Work: Replaced roof including several rafters. |All of the Moss staff from owners to office staff to installers went above and beyond what was expected of them. They worked with me on my time frame, brought samples to me at while I was at work, provided excellent quality work and cleanup. On the job they found and fixed an unexpected problem in the attic that was going to cause continueing problems if not corrected. This technically was not in their "job description" but I think shows the kind of people they are and the well deserved pride they take in their work. |I have recommended them to several of my friends and will use them again in the future if the situation arises.

Description of Work: Performed a complete tear off and replacement of roof with dimensional shingles, including an flat section rubberized roll roofing. When the crew arrived, we discussed the possibility of bad weather and worked out a schedule instead of tearing off the whole thing, then coming back to put on the new roof, they completely replaced each half on separate days. The weather cooperated and only rained in the evening after they had left for the day. They completed the job in two days. The roof looks great. I was very happy with this company and would recommend and use again.

WE UNDERSTAND IT IS INSURANCE WORK, BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. THE INSURANCE COMPANY ESTIMATES THE JOBS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY -JUST LIKE WE DO. WHEN YOU RECEIVE MEDICAL SERVICES AT A HOSPITAL OR DOCTOR'S OFFICE, IT IS BETWEEN YOU AND MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDER, NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. Description of Work: My detached two-car garage needs a new roof. After reading the List, I called Moss Home Improvement. Sadly, the polite woman informed me that they aren't taking new jobs -- the hail storm has them booked up. She said there were 400 people on the list JUST TO GET ESTIMATES. Wow. Well, hard to fault them for the storm, right? Still, I got the impression that my problem wasn't important. I was only told this after she asked if the work was hail-related. When I said no, then she told me about being too busy. Everything about Moss that I've read suggests they would have done a great job. I wish I could have hired them.
