I had purchased a special coupon for a discount and then lost it. I found it after the expiration date and Angel Gutter cleaning was happy to honor it. They came to do the work and actually had to remove some damaged mesh guards from the gutters. They did so without complaint and stacked them neatly in the yard. I also had them wash a number of windows and they were patient as I decided which ones to have them take care of. I would used them again in a heartbeat.

I never knew glass could get so clean. We are 150% happy with the way Angel made appointment, showed up promptly and did a super job. Would recommend him to anyone that needs windows cleaned.

Angel and his partner did a great job cleaning the gutters on our three story house. They used a tarp to collect the debris as they cleaned the gutters. Our yard was spotless once they were done. Also, they didn't harm our landscaping.

Angel does a fabulous job and we have continued to hire him to clean our windows and gutters.

I called on Wednesday for the estimate and the work was done on Saturday. My windows and glass patio doors are now sparkling! The screens were removed and cleaned also. He removed birds nests and other debris from the gutters. The work was done professionally and efficiently. It would have taken me 1-2 days to do what they accomplished in a few hours. I could not /would not have been able to clean the gutters. I am very satisfied with their work and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had just bought a house and wanted a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen before moving day. I called on Wednesday after closing and was hoping to get someone out by the following Monday. The phone was answered immediately and the lady asked if she could come and do an estimate before rendering the service. I told her I would be available on that Saturday and we agreed on at time. She then asked if she could do the cleaning that day if we agreed. I did not think that I would be able to get services performed that quickly and I was very relieved to been offered this option. On Saturday, she shows up with her cleaning person and we walked through and I showed her what I wanted to focus on. I was in and out that day moving some things over. We agreed on a price that I thought was reasonable for four hours of work. She did a great job and was polite and punctual. I would definitely use their services again.

I purchased a big deal from Angie’s List. They were fantastic. They call right away to schedule, came exactly when they said and their work was excellent. They were great.

After perusing Angie's List for highly rated window washing services, I contacted Angel via the contact form. He was extremely prompt in replying and providing an estimate. There was a slight fee incurred for being outside his 25 mile radius, but this was minimal and clearly communicated. In fact, communications is one of his best assets. I liked getting an estimate/invoice in email before the services were provided, getting an email confirmation of the appointment date/time and even an email reminder the day of. Angel arrived right on time, completed the work in about 2 hours (this included windows on the second floor as well as the ground floor), and when he was done, the windows were clear inside and out! In addition, Angel was friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend his services and hire again.

In depth cleaning. Professional staff.

They were responsive, punctual, and worked very hard. They were a good team, stayed focus, and I was happy with the result. I don't remember what we paid. We used Angie's Big Deal, and I remember that it was a significantly lower cost than a prior estimate I had received.

I first contacted Angel via his website, which was very easy to navigate. He returned my email within 24 hrs and was able to schedule me within a week, offering multiple dates for flexibility. I was not at home on the actual date of service, but my husband was. Angel and his mother arrived punctually at 8:30 am, per my husband. They finished the job in 4.5 hrs, exactly the amount of time he estimated. The cost was exactly what he quoted ($10 per window, basically). My husband said he was very nice and professional. When I came home, our windows were sparkling clean! In addition to cleaning the windows, he had removed and cleaned all the screens on the windows and replaced them, too. I was super happy with the overall experience and will absolutely contact Angel again for future window cleanings. Will also highly recommend to friends and neighbors who need this service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they were great. The was the first time I used them and the people were very nice. It was a team of two people and they did a great job.

I think we were really happy with it. I think they did a really good job overall. I would've remembered if it was a bad experience for sure.

They did a great job, but I thought they were a little pricey the second time they came out. I probably would not use them again unless I had a Big Deal. When they came out to clean the windows I was not there, but my assistant was in the house the whole time. My mother-in-law was in the hospital that day and I had to take her to the ER. I pulled in just as they were leaving and my interaction with them was good. I had left a check with my assistant because I didn't know how long I'd be in the ER, but he was able to present me with the actual bill and there was a little sticker shock there. The work did meet my expectations. They spoke broken English, but I was able to understand them because I speak Spanish.

I contacted Angel for an estimate on 4/18 and received a quote the same day. Based upon all the reviews, we hired Angel to clean out our gutters. He was booked the following day, but got us on his schedule Monday. That Monday, I arrived home at the scheduled appointment to find that Angel was already finished. He went over the work he performed and also any areas of concern [we have very old gutters that had not been cleaned in a few years]. Not only were the gutters cleaned, but he cleaned up after himself. Angel, you did a great job and I will recommend you to anyone that I know of looking to have their gutters or windows cleaned. We will definitely have him come back out next year for maintenance. I also appreciate the fact that Angel will clean gutters for the elderly for free. That says a lot right there about his integrity and character.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Milena. The service they provided was fine. He did move the refrigerator, it was not exactly in the same place that's how I know he moved and cleaned it, just like a quarter of an inch.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. That was fine. They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

This was the first time I had ever used them. They cleaned all of the exterior windows of the house. The deal did not include screens or interior windows. It was a little bit hard to get it scheduled.

The service was okay. I thought it was pretty quick. There were 2 people. I can't think of anything I wouldn't give them an 'A' on. They were punctual, they provided good service, and their price was right. They were cordial and professional.

Milena was a good company but there were extra charges and fees that had to be charged after the fact and they weren't clear what they were. They charged extra to clean the screen, but when I think of the window I think of the screen as being part of the window. They weren't very punctual. I had to call them to find out when they were coming out and whether they were still coming out. The quality was very good. They were very responsive on the phone.

They did a good job and I will use them again in the future.
