They were quick, quiet, and professional. The windows had not been cleaned in several years. I have a single story house with more than 25 windows including the garage. I feel so good now whenever I look at them. They sparkle. Wonderful job!

As soon as I bought the coupon, I called to schedule. She scheduled my appointment and told me there would be 2 ladies coming to clean for 2 hours. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly, and got the entire house cleaned in 2 hours. They scrubbed the bathrooms, swept and mopped floors, dusted all surfaces, and vaccuumed all carpets. I was very pleased when I got home from work and saw my clean house.
Description of Work: I bought the deal of the deal for housecleaning services from Milena. Two ladies cleaned my entire house in 2 hours and did a very good job.

They were great. When they arrived, Angel informed me that he tried to call several times that morning, (I'm assuming to confirm the appointment) but I wasn't at home to receive the call and they still showed up on time. They cleaned all my outside windows of my 2 story home (28 total) and even removed all screens and cleaned them as well. They are very hard and fast workers and did an excellent job. I plan on using them for future cleanings.

I told my husband that they are coming out to clean all our windows for $125 dollars! My husband said " all of them"! I said "Yes." Then he said "Do they know how many we ? They came out and took off my screens, and clean the screens and outside of all my windows. And let me tell you what (We have a lot of windows). The job went very well ! They were the sweetest people! He was the nicest guy, Angel and his mother Very sweet, pleasant. Very efficient & patient. Yea I would hire again.

They did a nice job. It was a great deal. They were probably here for two hours. They do not speak very good English. They are from Bulgaria. We did have a little problem communicating with them; but they are understandable. They came in and did the work very quickly. They were very professional. They did an excellent job. They told me what their price would be for the future work, but this particular deal was very good. They were here on time. The only complaint that we have is they are little pricey.

They were excellent and very thorough. I have to say Angie's List has a very old address in their system for me and they went out to that old location which is on the other side of Indianapolis. So they were late but it wasn't their fault. I will use them again in the future.

Excellent...returned phone call quickly to schedule appointment. They were willing to come to our home on the same day to complete exterior window cleaning.

They arrived a few minutes and immediately started working and didn't stop until they were done. THEN walked around the house and inspected every window to make sure they were spotless!

Description of Work: Purchased 'Big Deal' from Angies List. Difficult to schedule due to language barriers. Their original date scheduled it was raining and they came anyway and claimed to have cleaned windows-they didn't. When they cam they cleaned windows well but claimed they could not open one which I was able to do. Sills were not cleaned well and window runners. Upon completion,they were very pushy about gutter cleaning. I had bought this for a gift for my daughter also as a gift. SHe was pleased with windows but also had the same experience where they were marketing other services very aggressively. There is another company that is offering the same service for 99 to do 15 windows in and out regardless of what floor they are on-wish I would have used them.

Thank you for your comment. We appreciate all feedback. We apologize that our European accents have caused you to be a little uncomfortable communicating to us. You stated above "...they came anyway and claimed to have cleaned windows-they didn't." In response to that, we never tell to our customers a statement that is untruthful. We assume that you understood us wrong at one point. Concerning the window that we had a problem opening, please understand that this window was not a regular window - it had a built-in storm window which was very old and gave us much difficulty. Also, you had two windows that were larger than the maximum size (57"x35") which we did not charge you a fee for. We cleaned all of your window sills, but not in the case of the storm window that was on the inside. If you look again at your coupon, we only clean window runners for an extra fee. It is not included with the purchase of this package. We had also scraped off all the old paint, inside and outside, on each of your windows in which we did not charge you for. We apologize if we came off aggressively concerning the advertisement of our services. But we, as a company, do not spam our costumers with phone calls, mails, or emails offering our services. After the completion of each job assignment, we verbally convey (only one time) other additional services that we are able to do. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. We will keep in mind your report and try to better ourselves as a new company. Thank you. Milena

I purchased the coupon from Angie's list deals for 2 people cleaning for 2 hours for $75.00. The company received an overwhelming response to the ad. I had to book my appointment several weeks out. They were returned my call right away and was very responsive. They did a wonderful job of cleaning very dusty rooms!!! I will use this company again for heavy duty cleaning.

It turned out excellent. They cleaned the inside and out and did a beautiful job on all of them. Our windows have never been so clean. I was so pleased with the work. I liked him so much that I had him come back to clean the gutters. They did a very thorough job on that as well. The guy that came was Angel Podorov and I would recommend him highly.

I purchased the Angie's List Big deal for window cleaning & Angel was very accomodating in scheduling the work. He offered me a date in June, but made time to do the work the first weekend in May he had available when I told him that we were putting our home on the market within the near future. He is a very pleasant young man & did a nice job on the windows - even scraping paint off from when our house was painted 2 years ago! I paid him a bit more fore work that I thought was beyond what I had expected him to do.

Overall they completed every room in the time they spent here. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and they finished in the 2 hours that I requested.

I had to leave for work so wasn't home when they arrived, but they texted me when they started and again when they left. I was absolutely thrilled when I walked in the door after they had left. The house was gleaming. I usually find myself cleaning after the housecleaners are gone. Not this time!
