 + -1 moreThe big deal visit went really well. They were quick, effective, and efficient. After hiring them full time, things really went downhill quick.
Description of Work: The company was very responsive for this first visit. Afterwhich, I hired them on a regular basis since they were puncual, efficient, and quick. However, about three visits into the routine cleaning, their work got very sloppy. A family heirloom clock and a porcelein horse statue got broken. They were quickly repaired or replaced. Commuication was very difficult as one of the two on the cleaning team did not speak English. Shortly thereafter, they resigned to "pursue other types of business", leaving me without a cleaning company. No two week notice, but just quit.

 + -1 moreAngel and his mother were very friendly and opened to suggestions. I mentioned not to use abrasives on my sinks and that went very well. I felt it was my fault for not mentioning to them not to polish my floors. They only needed to be washed but at the time it didn't occur to me. They did what was standard procedure but the results were that my floors were sticky. I had to go over my floors 3 times to remove the polish on my no-wax floors.
Description of Work: House dusted, polished, vacuumed. Bathrooms cleaned.

 + -1 moreI contacted Milena and she was able to schedule my home pretty quickly. She didn't do the cleaning herself but did send her mother and her brother to do it. They both arrived promptly and spent a total of 4 man hours cleaning my house. They did a fantastic job.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned all windows inside and out of my ranch home. They worked efficiently and quickly and did an excellent job. I was happy with the two individuals that came to perform the work. I had signed up for the deal through an Angie's list promotion, for the flat rate of $125. When they were there performing the work, I had asked about their normal price and I was told the $125 would be the normal price for a house my size. So I feel like there wasn't a deal there through the Angie's list promotion.

One thing that was a Don't - was they used a product on our wood floor that made it smear and show footprints, we had never expereience that with any of the cleaning products used by us or other agencies.... If I used them again I would request they not use there product and use ours....which is Bona...
