Milena House Cleaning

Description of Work: This team (man and his mother) cleaned the outside windows of our two story home. In addition, agreed to clean the inside celestory window which had a huge sculpture that had to be moved. His response to "what is the charge for this" was whatever you think is reasonable". Paid him an extra $20 for his efforts.

Description of Work: These guys are great! They showed up when stated, did a professional job, very pleasant. We have put them on schedule to do ur windows twice a year.

Description of Work: Full house cleaning, no windows or appliances. They were very quick and it was a thorough cleaning, floors were mopped, vacuum the carpets, actually used products to clean and not just move the dust. I thought this was a great cleaning job. I have used them several times and have had the same results.

Description of Work: We had the lower level gutters of our house cleaned which had not been done in one year. Angel did a great job was very thorough and cleaned up any debris after he was done. He covered our flowers and shrubs and was very careful to ensure that they were not damaged by the ladder or the leaves. Angel was on-time extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I wish he cleaned pools and did yard work too. He and his mom also clean our house and do a fantastic job. I would recommend anyone to use those services too.

Description of Work: Angel and his mom clean my house once a month and do a great job. They work a solid two hours and get the whole house done 3,000 sq ft. They have even blown out my garage pulled weeds waiting for me when I was running late and cleaned stains off my diningroom chairs. They are always prompt pleasant and through. They are open to any feedback or suggestions so share them and they will make adjustments in what they clean and products they use. Have not had any bad experiences in the year that I have used them. They are also flexible in the event I need to move my prearranged cleaning day or add an additional cleaning. Give angel a call!
