Excellent work! Mike Davidson and his son Jake have an outstanding work ethic. They have performed a great deal of work on my 1925 Craftsman home and I am pleased with all of it. I highly recommend them.

He shows up on time and he answers phone calls; that can be hard to find in a handyman. I think his pricing is average.

I knew he was and he was in my home town so used him because he was local. He could get the service done within a reasonable amount of time. His pricing was good.

We're very happy with them. They were prompt, clean, and they were real people. They were very professional and he gave us extra time, as he helped troubleshoot an issue through his son that he didn't have a license for, so he didn't charge us. He gave us a lot of value for the price and we are very satisfied with them.

He has done a lot of work for us over the years. He has replaced a few doors and installed a new bathroom sink. He has also hung chandeliers and outside security lights. He has repaired an outside fence for me and done tile flooring in the bathroom of my old house. He was very good at problem solving when he installed the new bathroom sink. It ended up looking perfect. He has replaced French doors. He had actually gone and picked out the doors for me. He had painted the exterior of the security door that he had put for me around seven years ago. He usually brings his son and they both usually get the work done. He had also repaired an inside wall that had termites. He took out the old drywall and put in a new wall. He is fairly priced too. Sometimes the work that they do is a bit rushed.

I thought he was excellent, he goes right at it when he gets there. He's very dependable and did many minor jobs for me and is very polite.

He did an excellent job and he is very meticulous. The railing still looks gorgeous to this day and it is holding up beautifully.

Left mesage on a week-end and indicated I was not is a hurry. He returned call on Monday and since it was for a detached garage said he would look at the job that day when he was in the area and get back with me. I do not live in the house but am selling it for my father's estate. he called on Tuesday and we made arangements to meet. Showed up on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Very professional.

He did great work and the price was great. He was punctual and very friendly. He did super work and I would definitely hire him again. I would like to hire him to fix what the drywall company did not do well. I spent about $300 on that work.

We have just moved and needed a lot of little things completed. Mike was very punctual and professional, he was helpful and conscientious not only about the work but about cleaning up! I really appreciated that. In addition, he and his son were great with my dog! It turned out we found more things for him to do while he ws here and he was great to call and confirm when he was able to come back to finish up. We're having him come back to do some more work soon.

I had a good experience. My wife dealt with them more than I did, but she had no coplaints!

The service we received was excellent. The door was put in properly, our home security system was reattached properly, and we are very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism that we received.

It took them just over a week to get the estimate to me and also to return my first call. He lives in the town I am in and I like to support our local businesses. He seemed knowledgeable in the things that I needed to do and seemed pretty straight forward and honest. He also had high ratings on the list. He called me and said he was going to be here and showed up when he was supposed to.

I went with them because he was a local guy and we like to get local people. He came out, gave us an estimate on the job and it was very reasonable. He was real nice guy, seemed to know exactly what he was doing and he could do the work right away so all were positive. His son worked with him as an apprentice and so they both dug in and got it done probably in one day wherein it would have taken somebody else two days. The only thing is that we didn't know that both of them were coming and we got charged for both of them but that was okay because it was included in what he told us originally. They were very good and we would have them again. I have recommended him to others.

Mike works with his son and between the two of them, they get the job done fast! They are resourceful and creative, which helps to avoid expensive fixes. They exercised special care to use the correct screws so as not to damage our aluminum gates. This meant making a run to Home Depot, which Mike willingly did. My job was a tricky one, but they figured it out together. The two of them are a great team. When Mike's son came up with a particularly economical fix, he stated, "I was born for this!" I agree that they are both great handymen.

Mike and his son are just great. I've given them keys to my house. They are highly recommended. He did something in my garage for me too. There are just a lot of odds and ends that he has done. I don't remember how much he charged for the service. I was very comfortable with the price and it was well worth the money. At times he was hard to get hold of, but I think that once I did get hold of him, the response was great and it was definitely quality work. I would definitely use him again.

It is a father and son team. They are very nice guys. It can take a while to get out to my home, which is fine. I think that if I had an emergency and I really needed them they would come out sooner. I have never had an emergency, so they always make it out to my home. They do good work. I plan to continue using them in the future.

It was a very pleasant experience, Mike and his son, Jake, worked very well together, they were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would hire them again in the future. I will recommend them to all my co-workers and relatives.

He did just what he said he was going to do for the price that he originally quoted me. He was very professional throughout the project and he made sure to clean up after himself. I was pleased that he left everything as he should have so that I did not have to point out any extra work or cleaning. I felt that the prices for his service were fair.

Their work is always nicely done. They usually clean up after themselves. Its a family business and usually the father or son will come to things. They are always very polite. I like that they take time to explain things to me that I don't understand or how things are done. I find their prices to be reasonable. I will continue to use them.

This project went perfectly. Mike arrived on time two weeks before to look at the proposed project and give his estimate. I accepted his estimate and scheduled with him a day to perform needed repairs. Mike and his son arrived as scheduled and removed my rotten back entry door and installed a new fiberglass door and storm door with the utmost skill and professionalism. (I bought the two doors ahead of time to make the project easier for Mike.) Throughout the project, Mike and his son interacted with me in a very positive manner. They never seemed annoyed with my curiousity and ocassional questions, and they solicited my input as needed to ensure I got what I wanted. In addition to installing my two doors, they also fixed an outdoor electrical outlet, a deadbolt lock on another door, and a fallen downspout (all unscheduled). Everything they fixed works perfectly. They are clearly very knowlegeable and talented handymen who focus on quality and customer satisfaction. I will call Mike again the next time I need something fixed.
