Description of Work: Tightened chain and put in a new sensor for garage door opener. He waited here for an hour while parts were brought here from the Greenwood office. Very professional and friendly. I was very appreciative for his perseverance in having everything done the same day.

Description of Work: replaced an aging garage door. Installed all new hardware, side molding, and a garage door opener. Ron did the job explained all the work and was done in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this company. I believe they are honest, efficient and arrive on time. I have used previously for routine maintenance before and work was always well done.

Description of Work: First I had a new garage door opener installed with key pad. They came out a second time when I had some trouble operating the door. They showed how to handle any issues that came up and got me going quickly. Then I had an inspection of my attic insulation due to extremely high electric bills. They examined everything thoroughly and explained everything clearly, so I could understand it in layman's terms. They gave me what I thought was a very good price and were punctual and did a very good job.

THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME AS THE FIRST CUSTOMER OF THE DAY SO THAT I COULD STILL GO TO WORK AT A REASONABLE TIME. THE SERVICEMAN EVEN POINTED OUT THAT THEY HAD A $10 COUPON IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND WAITED FOR ME TO FIND IT.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT SUGGESTED INSTALLING A NEW GARAGE DOOR INSTEAD AT A LATER TIME. HE HAD TO ASK ME FOR A TAPE MEASURE, HE MADE A $200 ERROR IN MY FAVOR IN GIVING ME A VERBAL ESTIMATE, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CORRECT FIGURES IN WRITING, HE ASKED ME FOR A PIECE OF PAPER. THE SHOP CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THE DOOR THAT WAS DISCUSSED WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO COME IN, BUT THEY HAD A DELUXE DOOR THAT THEY COULD INSTALL THE NEXT DAY AT A HIGHER PRICE. THEY SCARED ME OFF. ANOTHER COMPANY PROVIDED THE SERVICE.

THEY TREATED ME VERY WELL. I GAVE THEM A "B" FOR PUNCTUALITY, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BEYOND THEIR CONTROL, BECAUSE THE GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO MY JOB GOT STUCK ON ANOTHER JOB SO SOMEONE ELSE HAD TO COME OUT.
