They were professional and professional. They were not very responsive but they did take care of the problem. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They didn't even charge a service call fee, since it was such a simple matter. I also had them out a few months back to switch my opener out since it was no longer functioning. I called them on a Saturday and someone just happened to be in the office. She came out and installed the replacement that day. I have used them several times in the past and they are great people to work with.

Overall, the installation went extremely well. The quality of follow-up for our most recent problem was extraordinary. We would not hesitate in using them again or referring them to anyone.

Called at 7:45 AM and the job was done before 9AM! Technician also discovered a missing bearing in the assembly - apparently not replaced at some point in the house's history, and the shaft was rotating on the bare metal flange in the center of the door. .Reviewed all the bolts on the door and tightened. Extremely professional job, and won't hesitate to use them again.

Salesman came out and measured/priced job. He was timely and very professional. We ended up ordering a garage door that was not carried in stock. 3 weeks later the door arrived. The installer came alone, and he worked very hard. The only thing that I questioned was that he left the old rusty braces that attached the new garage door to the garage ceiling. I wish these would have been replaced, too.

They did a very good job when he was there working. He was very easy to work with on this project. I would use him again when I needed to use someone.

They did a fine job at replacing it. We had to call them back because we did have a problem with the trim. They didn't inform us that it was up to us to replace the molding around the garage door so when they replaced it, it needed to be repaired. We called them and at first they said that they weren't supposed to be the one to do that, but because of the miscommunication on the part of their sales person, they did come out to resolve the problem because they did admit that they didn't tell us the necessary information. It ended up on a good note. They really went beyond what they needed to do.

Garage door spring broke on Friday night. Called Midwest on Saturday morning and they were able to send someone out early Saturday afternoon. During the call, Midwest recommended that both springs be replaced since it is very likely that the second spring will fail in the near future. Quite logical and I agreed. A scheduled time was given and a price quoted. Service man arrived on time and completed the work in a little less than one hour. Very professional in explaining things. Overall a very good experience.

They had good quality products. Came on time and did the work in very good time. After they were done with the job they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

The young lady came out measured it and gave me an estimate. We agreed upon a date and they were here when they said they would be. They did a very good job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their garage.

The lady I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and gave me the information I needed. Their prices were the same as the other company I ended up going with but the only reason I went with them is because Midwest said they couldn't come out until this afternoon and the other company I went with said they could come out a little earlier than that. I would definitely call them in the future to compare prices for work.

It was a very easy process and the new door really added to the value and curb appeal of the home. We were able to keep the old garage door opener and they found us some remote controls to go with it.

Went well. I had shopped around for garage doors and this door was the best value for the money. The company was responsive to my calls (initially for questions and finally for estimate). I have recommended them to several people already. I feel they did a quality job and have a quality product line.

The workman was extremely professional and friendly. He arrived on time, did the work very well, and the door opener runs smoothly.

Needed to have garage door replaced. Midwest was recommended highly. Rec'd prompt and reasonable estimate. They arrived at specified time, removed old garage door, and replaced with new door and track. Was very impressed with install. We did not notice a couple of dents in one panel at first, and called them. They ordered panel and replaced within a week. Would recommend to anyone.

Once he arrived, the repair technician was very efficient and the garage door works great. Although I had been told someone would arrive between 12 and 3, there were delays at an earlier job and no calls to let me know that there would be a delay. At 3:15, I called to follow-up and was told someone should arrive in 30 minutes. An hour later, the repair technician arrived and quickly replaced the spring. All in all, although I would have appreciated a quick call to update me on the delay, the price and fast work of the repair tech would have me calling this company again for service.

I called Midwest and made an appointment to have my garage door worked on because it would not go up all of the way. I asked if I could schedule a time before 12:00 pm since I work on second shift. They said no problem and that they would call about 1/2 an hour prior to coming out. The day of the appointment they called prior to coming over. Even though they arrived after 12:00 pm, the work was completed in a timely manner. They did a nice job and give me some useful tips. And they told me about their online coupon; it saved me some money on the service call!

Job took 15 minutes. He also lubricated and tight-end the joints.

Midwest was fabulous! They worked with me to find just the right style custom wood garage doors. They were prompt and very knowledgeable. They were great about staying in regular communication. They even arranged to have the doors painted to match before they delivered them. Installation was quick and clean. They were even the lowest bid of three. This company truly understands the concept of high service.

It went well; the only minor squabble was their responsiveness; I called at 9:30 AM and they said they would have someone out ''that afternoon,'' which I did appreciate because some companies couldn't get us in until the next day. No one had shown up by 4:55, and they close at 5:00, so I called to make sure they were still coming, and they confirmed that they were. The installer had to come from Greensburg and showed up at about 5:45. I did like the fact that he called before he came. He immediately diagnosed the problem and got to fixing it promptly. He cleaned up his mess and was on his way in a short amount of time. Overall, I was pretty pleased.
