Outstanding on all fronts. Maurice and his staff continue to exceed our expectations. House Purchase: We were referred to Maurice when we decided to move to Greenwood from downtown Indy. Maurice made us feel like we were his number one priority at all times. Although I know he and his staff are very busy, I never felt like we were anything but super-important clients. He helped us find and purchase our dream home, going through the process with us every step of the way. Maurice and his staff really know Central Indiana and were a great source of information on everything related or unrelated to our purchase. House Sale: We also listed our former home with him for sale and appreciated the speedy manner in which he listed and advertised the property. I also really like his office's processes and the personal touches given to sellers - personal notifications of showings, etc. are much better than the call centers used by other realtors. House Rental: Maurice's property management office found a renter very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure the renter was a quality, reliable person. They provided me with reassurance that all background checks were completed. They have proceeded to actively manage the rental processes (rent collection, maintenance, etc.) with very little involvement from me. I love it!!

Until I bought my house, my experience was ok. Once I purchased the house, a few questions came up to do with property taxes. Since I had already bought my house, I felt as if I was completely ignored even though they told me the would help me out. Phone calls went unreturned and unanswered. Finally I had enough and just bit the bullet and tried to solve the problem on my own. This turn of events soured me on the company and I vowed never to use them again.

I have used Realty World Harbert for three properties and they have been great. Each unit has different issues so experiences vary. The main thing is that they have always dealt with every issue in a professional manner and I plan to continue utilizing their services.
