MAULDEN WALLPAPERING

Terry Maulden called the prior week to confirm the job would start the following Monday and stated the specific date. We work all weekend long preparing and moving furniture to be ready. Monday arrives and he doesn't show, no phone call, nothing. We repeatedly called and left messages on cell phone and home phone. He finally returned the call at 4:00pm and said he thought he was supposed to start on Tuesday. Then he came up with a story about not having enough days to do the work he originally agreed to do. When a compromise was agreed upon, he called back a short time later and said he decided he didn't want to do the job because he didn't want to paint the color "red". After the initial shock, my wife asked why he didn't just state this from the start and he hung up on her. Now we have several gallons of paint prepared, the bedroom furniture all torn apart and no painter. Very poor service, very poor conduct and absolutely no courtesy. Beware of this guy.

HE DID A GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL TIMES. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WORKS FAST AND IS A PERFECTIONIST. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEY HAVE USED HIM AS WELL.

HES COURTEOUS, HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF WELL, AND HES ALWAYS THERE WHEN HE SAYS. VERY GOOD PRICE & GREAT WORK!
