They were very wonderful. They were just very personable, made sure they called ahead of time, called after and made sure we were here when they came. They described the situation we were in, gave us many options to repair it, gave us what would involve each type if repair, what we could expect and the time they thought it would take when we would be without the use of it. They described the whole thing and gave us the bid. It was what it was. They were very on top of it. We knew what to expect before they started so there were no surprises. They would be the first people I would call. They were great.

After getting several different quotes Mattingly proved to be the most cost effective. We had to wait a bit because of the weather but he was easy to get a hold of to schedule. He came out promptly on the scheduled day with nothing needed from us and the work was done same day. We have since been in contact with him several times for basic questions and concerns and he has always been polite and given well thought out and explained answers.

We noticed that we had water coming out of the pit that houses our water meter. We had called so many people trying to find someone to repair. I spoke with Tim on the phone (referred to him by our plumber) and he agreed to come out and fix. He came out and fixed the issue (we weren't even home) and called to let me know it was done. We were pleased at how little we had to direct / monitor his work and at the price of the repair. We had thought it would be quite a bit more expensive. I would defiantly use Tim and Mattingly Excavating again.

I was referred by a family member. He was very nice to work with and always on time. We had no complaints with the entire process.

This was the first time we had used their services. They made some mistakes. They cut some electrical wiring by mistake and they did not inform us of all of our options. They were dependable, did the work in a timely fashion, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
